  beach.

“On the beach, new, very nice rooms/bathrooms, great breakfast (about $10/person), small pool area- but small hotel. Very nice.”

• The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable the room are beautiful and so is the view.
• Small closet space only if you are long term.

“This is our third stay at this hotel and we love it and will return in August. If the hotel doesn't have what you need they will get it for you. It has the best view of the ocean and of the river so you can have the best of both worlds, I would and will recommend this hotel to all my friends!”

“Great location right on the beach on upscale Hutchinson island -wonderful made to order omelets and plus good selections for the buffet--rooms are comfortable, attractive and very well maintained.”

• It is right on the beach.
• The guy that checked us in had alcohol on his breath.

“Small rooms no couch you have to pay for phone calls and the bottled water. Also they charge you for the coffee in the lobby too. The price they charge all that should be included. Also some of the channels on the TV did not work.”

“This hotel has re-opened and is just like new. It was a great place to take a relaxing vacation. The staff was great, especially Jordan, a young lady at check in that makes sure your vacation is the best. We were in room #716 which was great with a balcony that faces the ocean to a private beach and also a side view of the inter coastal Indian River since it as an end room. Wonderful beds, bedding - decor was great and all newly remodeled. Frig and microwave was handy and flat screen lcd TV too. I highly recommend this hotel if you want relaxation away from the party time and hustle-bustle, however, not a far drive if you want some night life. I received a special pricing from Travelzoo.com and it was not suppose to be an ocean view room, but a sunset room, however, they were not full so they gave me an ocean view room at my request. ”
