• Staff is always friendly and check-in is always quick and efficient.
• Small meeting room across the hall was noisy.

“Hotel is above average with friendly, competent staff. The public areas were very clean, but I thought the room could have been cleaner, but I'm picky.”

• Additional night made me switch rooms and repack hotel empty and then when I changed rooms told not necessary.

• Thinnest walls of any hotel
  I have ever stayed.

“This Courtyard is not on par with other Courtyards and the expectations that Marriott sets with their TV ads. Everything slightly dingy in the rooms.
I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and these were the thinnest walls I've ever experienced. I could hear a pin drop in the room next door. At times I thought someone was walking/talking in my room because the sound was so clear and close.”

• Convenient to airport.
• Parking lot not well lit.

“Hotel was fine, however, we called a few hours before arriving at the airport to be sure the shuttle would run that late (we were delayed and now had a midnight arrival). We were assured they would. When we got to the airport and called for our shuttle, we were told due to inclement weather, the shuttle was not running and we would have to call our own cab. I was disappointed the hotel did not offer to make other arrangements for us or at least, provide us with a recommended taxi/limo service. Waiting outside with 50 other people for cabs was not what I had imagined.”

• Pretty quiet.
• The restaurant was closed most of the day, no room service.

“Only good for a place to hand your hat and sleep. If you want to dine there, good luck as the restaurant is only open a few hours a day and briefly opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner, closed even between meals. It really made my stay poor as I have to drive to eat since I was working from the hotel much of the time.”

• The location is close to shopping/airport/dining.
• Its an older hotel with only 1 elevator. It is a long walk OR you carry your baggage up the stairs.

“Overall, its a nice hotel. We stayed for five days, four nights. One of the days we came back to our room and there was no maid service. We called housekeeping, no answer. We called the front desk, they did not even apologize that we didn't have service. We were waiting 40 minutes for them to bring clean towels to us. Since they were slow that week, they did allow us to upgrade to a King room. We appreciated that.”

“Have stayed here on a number of occasions, always a nice stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice staff and everything you could possibly need close by. You'd never guess you are so close to the airport.”

• Front desk staff was very helpful. I had lost my cell phone charger and they had one for me to use.
• The location is a little out of the way.

“Although located in a somewhat remote location, the value received and consistent experience that Courtyard Marriott delivers made this a hotel stay great. My room was clean and fresh, and the desk staff was very responsive.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. When there was a road shutdown, they helped me find an easy alternative route.
• It was hard to find the location.

“This was a very nice hotel. The only problem was finding the location. Once I found it the first time, there were no problems. The staff was extremely helpful. The major route to and from the hotel was shutdown unexpectedly from midnight to noon and I had to get to down town Pittsburgh. They worked for 1/2 hour to help me with this problem.”

• Hot tub and pool.
• N breakfast included. Food prices too expensive.

“Usually hotels offer some sort of breakfast with the stay. All this hotel offered was coffee. Also we probably won't stay again due to the fact it is a nonsmoking hotel.”
