“This was the worst hotel I ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The place was filthy with wallpaper peeling off the walls. Looked behind the wallpaper to find lots of black mold, which explained the bad smell. The carpeting looked like it was last cleaned about 20 years ago. The beds were something you would find in a back alley and were very uncomfortable. There were holes in the wall next to the bathroom and the bathroom door would not close. The ceiling was water stained --- and this was a room on the 3rd floor a 5-story building. If you gluten for punishment and want to stay here, do not get a room facing the rear of the building since it almost smack in the middle of the right lane of with all the noise that comes with it. The only good thing about this place was that the desk had no problem refunding the room fee when we checked out 30 minutes after checking in. There are lots of good hotels by the airport that are only 7 minutes from Jackson memorial hospital. Stay away from this place!”

“This was the filthiest, unkempt and disgusting property I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall with a lot of black mold underneath. There appeared to be significant water damage to ceiling on the third floor room. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and worn looking. This place should be torn down, but not until after the owners were forced to spend a month stuck in one of these godforsaken rooms. The rooms in the back of the building have the added negative appeal in that it is almost in the first lane of i-95. Stay away from this place!”

“Worse hotel we have ever stayed in 30 years o business and leisure travel. Filthy, no hot water, elevator worked sometimes. Shuttle was so unreliable we ended up taking a taxi. Was charged for a safe we never even saw. On the way back from Belize we stayed at the airport Red Roof Inn which I would highly recommend . It was everything the Days Inn wasn't and cheaper.”

“This hotel needs to be reviewed by the corporate office. There were dean cockroaches in the room, the air conditioner had broken or missing parts, the toilet didn't always flush, the location was such that there is no choice for restaurant other than the one onsite, which was not very good.”

“The day¿s inn civic center in downtown Miami is a roach infested filthy place. Considering it costs more than the Wenham when they have specials, it is a wonder people stay @ this place @ all.”

“Horrible treatment towards me, females have major attitude, males including manager, Carlos, was real nice. Provided proof of free night yet wouldn't accept, had to spend hours on phone lat the night of check in and next morning when I was there for medical reasons, very high stress. Mattresses sunk had no support @all couldn't sit on bed, headboard fell on one and made loud noise on the other, wallpaper falling off, phone and sound on TV broke, lamp shades 20+burn marks and loose as was electrical outlets, roaches and food in bed, mold around ac caused allergic reaction/asthma, paid safe/vault fee even though it was broke, supervisor @ days inn 800# did not care treated me horrible. I was in tears thinking I was stranded because I didn't bring enough $ for the extra night they offered. Just can't believe the way I was treated. This wasn't even a 1 star hotel is should be condemned. I didn't sleep for 2 days just sat in my wheelchair all night because the bed was broke.”

“We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle from the Port of Miami to the hotel; waited over two hours in high temp./humidity with 3 kids. When shuttle arrived, a large group of people cut in front of us, tipped the driver for being "accommodating", and driver told us she would be back in an hour. Ended up paying for a taxi; hotel did take off $20.00 for room, but when we got in our room there was peeling wallpaper, mold on one wall; rust in toilet and tub, stained carpet, and a gap at the bottom of the door to the outside. We immediately checked out, called a taxi, and paid $30.00 more for the Miami Beach 4-Points Sheraton (VERY NICE HOTEL, on the beach!).”
