  • Not too clean, and they charged you $15.00+ per day extra the fare that you are paying to.

“Poor.”

  • View Ffom the balcony was beautiful.
  • Hallway odor and $15 resort fee.

“The hotel had a few problems but overall was great. I could not adjust the room thermostat because it was missing/broken off. The hallways smelled really musty and had alot of cracked/broken ceramic tiles. The ice matching down the hall was not working for the three days I was there, and the toilet would not stop running. Other than that the hotel was very nice. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I thought the TV cabinet was very strange as it had a double cabinet that could have held another TV, so I do not know what that space was for. The hotel staff was extremely helpful but they could have had more than one luggage cart in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are an avid golfer or on vacation.”

  • No hot water.

“Good hotel. Needs hospitality training. Needs noise dampning and hot water.”

  • Nice rooms and
    free internet.
  • Resort fee.

“It has good rooms, internet is readily available, but then you are obligated to pay a $15 resort fee per day.”

  • It was in a central location where we had meetings.
  • The rooms were very poorly decorated and equipped. Not good for bussiness traveler.

“The hotel rooms were
ok but poorely equipped. Shampoo and soap was in dispensers that saves soap bars from being wasted. Not a good place for business traveler but ok for a person coming to a resort area.”

  • Pleasant and relaxing environment.
  • Resort fees are a bit steep for each day.

“This was a decent hotel to stay for a week. I did not like paying resort fees because I was trying to find a hotel for business travelers. This was a resort for relaxing. Nice amenities and pretty good location.”

  • The balconies and pool area.
  • The staff’s awful attitudes and the lack of proficiency and cleanliness of the rooms.

“The Inverrary resort has tremendous potential - the grounds are beautiful - however, it could benefit by training staff in customer service, profiency and competency. The staff if very unprofessional lacking attention of detail. I have stayed at the resort on numerous occasions - it has always amounted to the staff unprofessional demeanor and complacency that has left a bad taste. If this hotel works at bringing new staff with fresh vision as well as performing some much needed renovations and updates. I would love to purchase the penthouse and make it my permanent south Florida residence. It is such a disappointment that such marvelous piece of property has to suffer at the hands of its' staff and vision.”

  • Clean room, friendly service, free Wi-Fi.

“My experience at the Inverrary was a pleasant surprise. My room appears to have just been renovated, the staff was very friendly, and the free Wi-Fi worked great. I will definitely stay there again.”

  • 1 working elevator, ice machine and no working locks.

“Upon check in, there was only 1 working elevator, I had to change rooms, I was moved by the only working ice machine, which everybody came to and was very loud, I could not sleep. I was moved to the first floor, due to the concerns with the elevators, also there were no working locks on the doors, and I felt so unsafe in the last room at the end of the hall by the exit door with no locks. I had to pay 15.00 for the Internet which did not work in my room.”

“Marriott always provides a top notch hotel experience. I have yet to be dissatisfied with any of their properties. This hotel offered exceptional views and the roof top pool and gym area first rate.”

  • I didn't like anything about this hotel.
  • The hotel rooms are filthy and bugs, Also I was charged $15 a day for something I didn't need.

“I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I am also not happy. I was charged a mandatory $15 a day to use their internet, workout room and resort features that I had no intention of using. Smoke detectors were sounding and some not active. A letter will be sent to the Florida fire marshals office.”

  • Will never stay here again.
  • Outdated. A dressed up old lady, that was still old.

“No hot water in room. Shower faucet did not work properly. TV reception was not good on some channels. Could tell no one had stayed in room for a while. Power went out early am, elevator did not work (7th Floor), phones went out and AC did not work for over 2 hours while power was out. Staff did not seem to care. Was charged a $15.00 per day resort fee upon check in. Staff seemed they wanted me to be confrontational about this fine print policy.”

  • Air-conditioning worked great.
  • Was not a 3 star and extra costs for a resort fee.

“In no way, was this a 3 star hotel. It should have been a 2.5 star. Also, the hotel charged me an additional $15 per day for a resort fee. The resort fee was for basic things that normally come with a room. Also, the hotel bar closed at 10pm. There was nothing special about the hotel.”

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was old. The air conditioner was antique. There was a flood under the sink. I could not take a bath and the water pressure was non existent. I could go on and on but why should I bother. Will anyone really listen.”
