• Good location.
• Smelled really really bad, some hotel staff was rude, and needs to be modernized.

“Our room smelled really, really bad. During the night, a man was heard shouting and swearing on my floor.”

• The alarm clock required an engineering degree to operate.

• Convince to stops on trip.
• Clerk at desk was not helpful.

“Asked on reservation for non smoking room and reservation showed it, but was put on a smoking floor and smoking room. Desk clerk was not helpful and did nothing to help us, with a bad attitude.”

• The lady in charge of the breakfast buffet, she was pleasant.
• Everything else.

“The front desk help was incredibly rude. It was the second time and they charged me double again. I was woken up by 3 individuals banging on my door at five in the morning identifying themselves as the coral spring police department, when I could see, that they where young adults. The front desk told me they where not responsible for the people that walk in the hotel. Then who is? I would never recommend that place.”

• Location is good ,quite even though on a main road.
• Staff indifferent to our requirements and they could be a little more friendly.

• Lots of restaurants close to hotel.
• No business signage in Coral Springs makes this hotel and Coral Springs very visitor unfriendly.

“No business signage in Coral Springs makes this hotel and Coral Springs very visitor unfriendly. If you're planning on a visit, stay somewhere else. Navigating the city is impossible due to a government imposed ban on business signage. I won't ever visit Coral Springs again.”

• The location.
• Dirty, room and sheets smelled of cigarettes, carpet wet.

“Don't walk-run from this motel. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was hard to adjust room temperature, walls were paper thin, carpet was filthy and wet, the sheets smelled worse than the room. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Cleanliness was none existence. The staff did not make the hotel any better.”

• Nothing.
• It was very dirty in places you wouldn't normally look, like the under rim of the toilet, behind the the bathroom door and the window sills.

• In the city where we needed to stay. Restaurants are very close!
• Overwhelmed desk help we checked in and room in disrepair and it was a smoking room. Blah!

• Can walk to restaurants
• Stay away if you have pets, or expect friendly management

“Hotel literature says they "allow pets". What they don't tell you, even when checking in is that they will hit you with an expensive pet fee. I stayed there for 4 days and was hit with a $133.20 pet fee. I signed a "damage waiver", and this gave them the authority to charge my credit card even though there wasn't any damage. I was not told about this fee, and the manager seemed to enjoy "sticking it to me". My dog was kept in a crate, and my wife cleaned the room before checking out. (She used to be a hotel maid) Despite that, the manager kept me at the checkout for 15 minutes without acknowledging me. While I was waiting, he was secretly charging my credit card for $133.20. When I protested, he smiled and smirked. I called police but they couldn't do anything, was told to write to corporate office.

Would rather sleep in car than deal with these people again.”
