• The readiness of the hotel staff to serve and satisfy. Very friendly and co-operative.
• The carpets in the hallway upstairs.

“The hotel was a very good. We walked to the beach twice and had enough energy to swim and walk back. The hotel was within walking distance of Vito's Pizza and other more upscale restaurants. Also, all local restaurants deliver free of charge in a timely fashion. Near freeway and easy to find with safe parking lots.”

• It was economic.
• No attendant at the front desk after 11pm. No security for anyone arriving late.

“Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk never seemed to have any coffee. They were always waiting on their supplies! It was close to the Hollywood Airport and there were a lot of good places to eat very close by. Many choices for quick shopping.
”

• Good location next to mall and near airport.
• Only 1 bed in room and no way to know or get double.

“The Extended Stay America in Plantation FL is clean and relatively new for a Florida 2 star hotel. The staff was helpful and it is close to restaurants and the Broward Mall. Overall a good place to stay on a reasonable budget.”

• Great location & nice size room.
• Beds were uncomfortable and short on linens.

“Hotel staff is very friendly and this is a great location right next to the Broward mall. The small kitchen make it convenient. Hotel will be getting renovated in September 08 so I will be looking to stay here again once that happens.”

• Bed was hard as a rock, pillows were flat, AC didn't worked properly.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, bed was not comfortable, AC didn't work properly, no trash can in room. clock didn't work.”

• No DVD, VCR or pay-per-view.

• Nothing. It was the nastiest place in which I have ever stayed.

“This hotel is in major need of refurbishment. The floors looked filthy through the common areas and inside the room. The carpet was at least 8 year old. It was so bad that I did not feel comfortable crawling into the bed. This place needs some serious help, and very soon.”

• Complimentary coffee in the morning, free wireless internet after complaining.
• Lousy customer service, no wake-up calls, lousy beds, bad value.

“Initially staff was unfriendly and rude and they were not flexible in any way. Wake-up calls not available at this location. Bed was small and very uncomfortable.”

• Having the kitchen facilities and a desk and table in the room.
• For people who are not staying there is no shampoo etc., also only a chair no couch in room.

“For those who want the convenience of having kitchen facilities and the atmosphere of home it offers more flexibility than a regular hotel.”
