• Location was perfect for my needs close to shopping, restaurants, etc.
• On a couple of days, trash was missed or the ice bucket was left with water and empty bottles in it.

“The hotel overall was nice and provided nice accommodations. I would use it again.”

• Close to Nova Southeastern University.
• No complimentary breakfast. Construction. Very hard to find.

“This hotel is actually substantially fine. The only thing I disliked is the fact that they did not offer complimentary breakfast! Only the coffee and tea is free. The other major complaint of mine is that the hotel is very hard to find, which can be easily corrected by putting a sign on the closest main road (University Dr.). The names of the some of the other hotels nearby appear on the main sign of the plaza except this hotel's! Other than that, it's very clean and the staff seems professional and courteous.”

• It was convenient for who we were meeting the next day.
• Really nothing, the signature on University Ave.

“The room was a standard Courtyard room which is why I choose Courtyard. The staff was friendly and the location was easy to get to from the airport.”

• Very kind staff. Very attentive and courteous.
• Bathroom could use more cleaning.

“The location (Plantation FL) very convenient to all things in Fort Lauderdale area, including airport. It is right behind the Broward Mall and lots of restaurants right there. Some construction behind hotel. Our goal was to find a place to sleep. We did not need resort or high service place. Excellent for those who day-trip around South Florida!”

• I liked the spa, the staff was very helpful whenever I needed something.
• Only 1 washing machine. Some rooms are small.

“Its really good place for the price. Staff is very friendly. There is free public use computer in the lobby which is very useful but some people tend to hog them. Gym is tiny. The spa is fun. Very clean, nice place. Nothing spectacular but serves quite well when you just in town for business.”

• Not enough restaurants in vicinity open after ten at night.

“I found this hotel very clean. It was a little difficult at first to find. It was in a nice area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was only one restaurant in the area open after 10 pm. The restaurant we did find had very good food.”

• Free high-speed internet, free parking.
• The pool area is sub-standard, unkept and needs work.

“Generally I was pleased with this hotel. My main concern was that the pool area and courtyard was neglected. The swimming pool was unkept and had debris in it, so I avoided using it. Many of the pool-side rooms had yellow tapes across the exterior sliding doors. They had painted some of the walkways with beige paint (the walkways are concrete color) and the freshly painted "patches" were not always marked. One morning, I accidentally stepped on a painted patch and got fresh wet paint on the soles of my shoes.”

• The staff was really friendly. I had to switch rooms and the manager took care of it immediately and was very professional. Really good place to stay.
• The first room I got into was smoky smelling. The king size bedrooms are kind of small.

“This hotel was not that fancy but it had everything you would need. Staff is really friendly. Rooms look pretty new. Upscale-ish. Highly recommend.”

“Nice hotel although the desk clerks were not overly friendly. The location is close to the browed mall and the saw grass mills mall, bookstores and restaurants. Great value for the amount spent.”

• Great location...clean.....free internet service to complete all business transaction.
• No room service.

“This courtyard hotel is central located in the mia/ftl business district. very closed to all airports, many food chains nearby, 2 upscale malls within 5 miles. very professional staff with extra clean rooms. safe parking and pleasant environment. business friendly. Very highly recommend.”
