• Stained carpets and not good service to keep breakfast well stocked.

• Price, location, staff accommodating, breakfast buffet good.
• Room maintenance, sofa worn beyond acceptable standard, air conditioning leaking into room, bearing on fan worn and noisy.

• Conveniently located near shopping mall & big selection of restaurants. Hotel lobby and room were immaculate and quiet. Staff was very friendly.
• Continental breakfast was rather spares.

“Overall the hotel was above my expectations for a 2-star rating. Room was very clean, neatly decorated and quiet. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Fort Lauderdale beaches only 20-minutes away. Overall I was very pleased with my 3-star stay at this 2-star rated hotel.”

• Rooms were comfortable and clean.
• I had a lot of noise and a dog yapping all night long.

• The location, location, location,
• The room cleaning service was terrible, had to keep going to the front desk for towels, soap etc which was not replaced.

“Great location for shopping, but don't hang out in this hotel everything is very basic.”

• Convenient to shopping malls and restaurants.
• Carpets and walls were dirty in and out of the rooms.

“Hotel was planted in a business area, not favorable for scenery. Pool and pool area was small. Otherwise, hotels price was better then others in the area.”

• Bright,clean entry way and front desk area.
• Smoking room stunk really bad had to spray airfreshner.

“ Directions were outdated which made hotel very difficult to find. Located in business office area, area nice. Once there, staff was friendly and courteous. Lobby and entrance was clean and inviting. Elevator had some graffetti on walls. Room was smoking and smelled really bad. Decor was ok, but did not have any specific color scheme. Was okay for the one night, can't say I'd want to stay there again.”
