“Located in the heart of downtown Coral Gables, 4 short blocks from Miracle Mile. Close to some of the finest restaurants and a short drive to Coconut Grove and surrounding beaches and places of interest.”

• The pool area and happy hour area .

“The environment of the hotel feels luxurious, down to the warm corn nuts in the bar/lounge during happy hour. We also got a room at a different hotel; the family chose to get together at the Hyatt. Bigger and better everything.”

• Very nice room.
• Cost of parking.

“This is very nice older hotel. The rooms are spacious. Big TV's. The only draw back is that it cost to park there. $12.80 a day if you are a guest. Should not have to stay and pay.”

• No hot water on first nights stay. Affected entire hotel according to staff.

“Hotel was great except for the fact that on the our first nights stay, there was an issue with the hot water. We needed to go out and needed to take showers but the water was barely above room temperature. It was not a pleasant experience. When asked to transfer to another room, I was told that it affected the entire hotel. I would have thought that they would have at least offered me a free night's stay but all I got was an apology.”

• two sisters restaurant was aweful for breakfast. No one in my party of 6 liked their entree

“This Hotel is Amazing! It is quality at its best! The location is fantastic;in wakling distance to Miracle Mile where all the action is. Excellent Customer Service and the POOL was awesome! A great view outside to boot. Great Happy hour. This hotel is family friendly and a great romantic getaway! Loved it!”
