• The hotel was very nice the 42 in flat screen was great.
• The food select and coffee was cold.

“The hotel was very well groomed the beds and the large sectional sofa was very nice. With a flat screen TV that could turn toward the bed or sofa. The AC could of worked better but overall a great stay.”

• It was quiet, the staff all had smiles for me, the manager helped me with a heavy box, the continental breakfast was fresh and clean.
• The toilet seat was loose.

• Well appointed suites, comfortable beds with down comforter and pillows, nice layout.
• Could have used a small microwave.

“Nice, well appointed rooms with seating area, desk and computer connections. Large screen new TV. Very comfortable beds with Pacific Down comforters and down pillows. Spacious accommodations with refrigerator and sink. Coffee service is individual cup at a time. Would like to have had a small microwave and pot of coffee rather than single brew. Right next to mall and many restaurants.”

“I was under the impression that they offered 24 hour room service, in reality, you had to go down to the lobby and place order and pick up there and carry back up to your room.”

• Clean, neat, nice continental breakfast, business center, and nice bar area.
• Not much of a workout room.

“Nice hotel for the money. Having a car would be convenient for long stay. Workout room was only a few treadmills. Nice continental breakfast with option to buy hot food. Could walk to some other eating establishment but have to cross busy roads. Rooms where larger than average.”

• Room was large, upscale, layout, user friendly.
• Pool area was not well kept-but has lots of potential!

“Hyatt Place is fabulous. Tucked back from Broward Blvd. in Plantation, it is convenient to anywhere. The gallery is well appointed with marble floors and contemporary, comfortable furniture. A host of sitting areas to work in with wireless internet access or sit, chat and relax, watch plasma TV, even a small business cubby. Atmosphere is very friendly and inviting from the small bar area to the dining area where complementary continental breakfast is served. Menu is very limited, but good. Also quite expensive. Because of the location, it's a short, easy trip to two major food stores and many restaurants. Gallery hosts will heat up anything you bring them. The room is outstanding -- large, well appointed with a wet bar, office area, L-shaped sitting area, bed was so comfortable with pillow top mattress and down pillows. It is separated from the sitting area with a half opaque wall. They cleverly placed the 47" plasma TV so that it can been seen from either area. I could easily live here comfortably for an extended trip.”

• Very clean, beautiful setting, upscale rooms, very modern. easy check in & checkout!
• Location. Hard to get in and out!

“Love the modern updated self service check in booth. The Room was awesome! Big beautiful plasma TV, huge bed and bath. Totally surprised! Love it!”

• Friendly staff, oversized room, plasma TV, shuttle service.
• Staff that did not speak English.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. It was in a great location, and the shuttle service transported free of charge. Continental breakfast was more than expected and free, as well. Rooms were oversized with a pull out sofa bed and a large flat screen plasma TV.”

• Very comfortable bed and sleep sofa.
• The breakfast buffet was not well run, disorganized, not enough food for the crowd.

“I really enjoyed the hotel room. It was very appealing. The beds were great, loved the bedding especially. We were very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Not enough seats, not enough food, only one server to handle a lot of tasks.”

• Good Breakfast offering.
• Room needed renovated ... n a bit of disrepair.

“The room smelled musty and the bathtub needed to be replaced. The lighting was dim. The AC unit did not work when arrived but was fixed promptly. One morning I was disturbed by the housekeeper because they were having a early day and did not guarantee their help any pay past a certain time. I reluctantly left the room at 8:30 so that they could clean early. Seemed strange to me.”

• Rooms were dark. Room and baths need updating.

“Lobby was ok. The breakfast was very nice. They had a computer for your use in lobby. However, the room was very dark. There was not enough light in the bed area or the bathroom. Also, the walls and tile were very old and dirty. The cleaning of the room by the staff was acceptable. I would look elsewhere.”
