“AC did not work and had to be replaced. Asked for another room they stated none available then I observed someone off the street come in with out reservations and pay cash and was placed in a newly remodeled room. When I ask about this they stated the room we were in is what we get if you don't go through the hotel or if you use a discount provider.”

“Serves the purpose for people looking at staying the night before a cruise, nothing wrong with the rooms and the free shuttle service from the airport and to the port were great!”

“I would definitely not recommend this hotel as a 3 star hotel. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with no expectations then it's fine for you. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful, the internet usage is $5 for 15 min, and the food was awful. It was clean overall and the swimming pool/area and the exercise room were nice.”

“Very nice hotel, clean, and close to the airport. Easily accessible by highways and contains many perks. Friendly staff available during all hours. The only complaint is that the breakfast choices are not available until after 6:30 am, which is too late for most business engagements.”

“The rooms need to be updated, and they need new carpets. The carpet looked like there was gum stuck all over the place. The bathroom was clean but also needs updating. The hallways feel like you are in the 70s. They don't have free breakfast, like most other holiday inns I've been to. Their breakfast is a moderate price, but not tasty.”

“I liked a lot the hotel. For business is the best choice if you don't need to stay in Doral area. Its close to main streets and highways. Very comfortable and high speed internet free.”

“Upscale and even though I only stayed for the evening and left early the next morning to catch a plane back to Seattle, it was enough to show me that I would come back to it in the future, especially if I were to vacation there.”

“Overall, very pleasant. The weekend was a problem--the nightclub music could be heard in the parking lot and was very loud in our room and went until 3:00 am on Sat. night. There is construction going on and parking was rather difficult, but am sure that would improve with end of construction. The room was very clean and appearance was excellent. Access to major roads was very easy and the staff was very helpful.”

“Many small problems. Running toilet, construction early in the morning in the room above me, free morning breakfast was of poor quality. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. Over all appearance was below standards, unclean, building itself was a mess. Outdated, restaurant has nothing to offer on the menu. Smelled bad, parking lot was filthy, to small, restaurant serves unfiltered water, smell of chlorine was strong, toilet in lobby over flowing with waste, news papers scattered all over the floor to absorb the water. I left and did not stay there, it was to disgusting and below standards.”
