“This hotel is a great choice due to location. It is just steps from Lincoln Road Mall and from Espanola Way. It is also a short walk to Ocean Drive - and these three places you don't want to miss when visiting Miami. It is also convenient as far as restaurants and stores are concerned. CVS was very close. Our family enjoyed the stay at this hotel and we would stay there again.”

“Overall, we had a good experience. We were not in the room very long except to get ready before going out in South Beach and sleeping. Late check out at noon was a major plus because night life in South Beach ends very late. Hotel is perfect for college/high school students involved in night life. The only thing that we really didn't like was that our room was supposed to have a king bed and a pull out couch, but only had one bed so we all had to squeeze into one bed. It was also a little disappointing that valet parking was not complimentary to hotel guests. Overall good experience, will be there again.”

“The hotel was clean but was not at all what we were looking for. The rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were small. The view was great to look at the ocean and the beach was 2 min away. The location to beach stores and activities are about 20 min away. The hotel smelled bad and the elevator was so slow. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“The room we were given was on the first floor, next to the public phones and change machine. Needless to say it was very noisy through out the night. Room was very noisy but comfortable.”

“We were very happy with our choice. This hotel does not try to be more than it really is, and what it does offer it does really well. The elevators, like other hotels in Miami, require much patience. (And I believe they will be closing one down soon for replacement?).”

“I had a wonderful time in Miami, but the service at the Best Western was horrible. We were not allowed to check in until an hour and a half past what we were originally expecting. We had to use the concierge service to hold our bags until we checked in, and a jacket was missing when we got our belongings back. We called the hotel when we got back to St. Louis and they were not helpful.”

“The hotel is very clean and well maintained ( it smells really good even in the lobby); the beddings, room and bathroom are very clean; The staff that greeted us during arrival was very warm, friendly, helpful and professional. We love our oceanfront room and beach was magnificent! We tremendously enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Best Western Atlantic is definitely one of the very best hotels in Miami Beach and the room rate is great! We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Kudos Best Western! Hopefully, they will have valet services in the future. Thanks.”

“The person storing our luggage since we arrived early could not be found. The bathroom shower flooded the entire floor. No shelf space in the bathroom. Batteries in the remote were dead. Noise really carried into the room. Bartender did not have a clue how to function.”

“The hotel location and cleanliness was good however the fact that the food was not good, one elevator remained broken and the "bell boy" was difficult to track down for assistance was troubling. The part that I was frustrated with the most was the fact that the hotel was completely booked and I could not fit a family of 4 into 1 king size bed. I feel that if I am willing to pay up front for a hotel room, you should not have to worry where everyone in the family will sleep.”

“The hotel was great. The view was spectacular! The room was beautiful and clean. Our main issue was that we had to pay a lot to park. The parking was expensive for the 1 night we stayed. Also, there was not any kind of valet service.”

“It was good, but it doesn't have parking and they charge you the security box at the end even if you don't use it. No restaurants in a walking distance, so you have to get the car out of where you parked it and go to eat far, so when you come back you have to try to get a parking again and maybe pay for it.”

“For the rate I paid, I thought the hotel was very good and would stay again. I thought that having one of two elevators broken was not a good thing, but the staff said the part had not come in. I liked the location you really can't get any better. The valet parking at $18.00 a day was a little high but it was worth it for me. I would recommend others to stay here.”

“The reception staff can only be described as being "institutionally rudeż billed for a movie - argue - then they say I pressed the remote button for 3 seconds! Charged 2$ for the room safe. Never used it. Small print at the bottom on terms & conditions I signed! No reservation when I arrived - kept waiting for 90 minutes & told to take a seat & wait several times! ”

“They said that our reservation doesn't show in their system because I made the reservation on Saturday for Sunday and their reservation system is down for the weekend. Had their reservation system worked it would have told us that they had no available rooms. A handicapped room on the top floor. The room had three major problems - aside from a strange shower that was probably just due to being a handicapped room. 1) there was a lot of noise from some kind of an equipment from the hallway.2) when we looked under the bed it was extremely dirty.3) the room was freezing cold even if we put the a/c on heat. (it was much colder then outside) in general the room was run down, but not much worse then what I would expect from a two star hotel. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities such as the restaurant or the pool, so we can't comment on that.”

“This was truly my worst experience ever for a business hotel. They only had one room available with a handicap shower and water from the shower flooded the bathroom both times I took a shower. I called the front desk and they couldn't move the room and said it happens all the time. The room was on the 2nd floor next to a busy street and across from a strip club. It was loud, with horns honking. Luckily, it was also trash day, so I was able to listen to trash trucks all morning. I would not recommend it or stay there.”

“This hotel was in the perfect location...close to clubs, Lincoln Road Mall and other great stores and lots of places to eat around it. Very clean and had a rooftop pool. Highly recommend it.”
