• Like everything.

• Sharp looking lobby & rooms. Very clean & even upscale impression.
• Not a great location/neighborhood with a bad looking parking lot & outside appearance.

“Bad first impression on the outside due to surrounding neighborhood, parking lot and hotel exterior. However, inside hotel was very well furnished with an upscale appearance. Rooms were very clean, modern and relatively roomy. Service was very cordial and tried to assist even if not entirely helpful. Overall a very good 3-star hotel at a (relatively for Miami) reasonable rate.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Bad area, noisy, in remodeling phase but did not advise prior to arrival.

“This hotel is convenient to the airport. the lack of honesty of the staff is a poor reflection overall, as I left my Bose headphones and ipod in my room and when I called to inquire- they had not been turned in but the room had been turned over. I specifically remember leaving them on the other bed in plain sight, simply forgot to grab them on the way out.”

• 24 hour shuttle service to airport.
• Did not find anything wrong.

“Very satisfied with this hotel. Shuttles to and from airport run every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Excellent work out room, whirlpool and sauna. Kids loved the pool.”

• Employees are friendly and helpful.
• To be asked a question in both English and Spanish in one sentence without a pause. Confusing. I'm bilingual!

“It is attractive, very clean with friendly staff. Shuttle buses run every 20 minutes to the airport; close to the airport and in the path of some airplanes but you do not hear them if you close the window covering.”

• I liked the secure access only thru the first floor.
• Pedestrian access was compromised.

“Neighbor appears to be running down a bit. Construction around area is not helping.”

• Very attractive, clean room and bath, spacious for 2, very good bed and bedding.
• Lobby could be larger.

“Excellent for one night stay or business conference. We used as pre-cruise and were quite happy with the hotel.”

• Very nice amenities and super location for first night.
• Really ugly stain in bathtub.

“Great location for a late arrival into Miami. Lovely extras in the room... ear plugs, lavender mist, soothing CD. Great bed. Transfer from hotel to South Beach and from Airport to hotel was excellent.”

• It was close to the airport.
• No wake up call, after we called it in, as well the same thing happened to our friends!!!!

“This hotel needs to have an automated system for wake up calls. We were very disappointed that we did not get woken up as requested, and almost missed our flight! Furthermore we found they had a guaranteed wake up call policy. It is nothing more than a joke, when we called them on this matter. The manager said this matter is under investigation 3 weeks ago and still has not gotten back to us. Other than that, the hotel overall was decent.”

• Hotel was high quality with excellent amenities.
• No hotel entry from rear parking lot, had to walk around the building.

“This hotel was conveniently located very near Miami International Airport. The facilities were very nice with an excellent lounge and restaurant and pool area. The lobby was a little small but adequate. The room was a standard hotel room as expected for this class of hotel.”

• The rooms are very clean and well funded. A nice king size bed with a desk, over-stuffed chair and a good size bathroom. The quiet zones are great.
• The hotel is a complicated drive from the airport, the staff is not that friendly and the breakfast in the morning is way too expensive.

“We were looking for a good spot to sleep before we took an early flight out of Miami. The airport is really poorly designed, which includes the roads around the airport, really complicating the trip to the hotel. The staff is not that friendly. They check you in and that's about it. The rooms are the highlight of the place. They are very clean and well furnished with a nice king size bed, over stuff chair, desk, big bathroom. We slept really well and although we could hear plains flying over from the lobby, we couldn't from our room. There is a shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel that is convenient and runs every 20 minutes.”

• Elevators were malfunctioning, ice machines weren't working.

“The hotel was not in a great area. The room was nice and the breakfast was good, but we got in late and wanted a snack. Most of the ice machines and limited vending machines weren't working or weren't stocked. The elevators also seemed to have problems and one of our keys wasn't working.”

• Excellent beds and sleep package, helps you get a good night sleep.
• Cleaning service knock on the door too early, before 8:00 am.

“Having the sleep package available is a wonderful idea ire CD, lavender spray, earplugs, eye mask, if you are a business traveler this will surely help you take the stress away at the end of a busy day. Overall the hotel was nice. They have a great restaurant with good quality food in the lobby.”
