• Very close to MIA, arranged shuttle to port.
• No dining or lounge.

“Good place to catch a good nights rest before continuing with travel/vacation.”

• The breakfast was ok. Just the norm. Toast. Cereal. Juice. The juice was warm. The older man working @ 3 am the morning we left was fantastic.
• The staff was very unfriendly and didn't seem to care about our issues. For example. Our room had no hot water. We showered in a room up the hall.

“Overall it was ok. Not somewhere I would stay for an extended amount of time. But ok for short visits. We only stayed 2 nights. We went on a cruise out of Miami and we only stayed there the night before and the night after. As far as cleanliness goes. It was ok. Nothing spectacular. Again. Our biggest complaint was the rudeness of the employees. Our first day in Miami we waited at the front desk for 6 minutes along with 2 separate travelers waiting to check in. I got tired of just standing there so I rang the bell. A man came out and was very rude from that point on for the rest of both of our stays.”

• It served breakfast.
• The shuttle van was slow in picking us up from the airport.

“It was decent. Breakfast was not extravagant but met our needs. The van was very slow in getting us from the airport. Everything else was fine.”

• Close to the airport.
• Motel rep said shuttle 24 hr/was lie and missed plane!

“The info given at the desk doesn't reflect the truth. Told shuttle available 24hrs a day. Told in the morning no shuttle till 7:00AM. Missed flight out of Miami to Tampa. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone I care about!”

• It was close to the airport, served it purpose and had a shuttle to the airport.
• Beds could have been more comfortable. Pillows: one was not enough but two was too much.

“I would probably try another hotel near the airport before returning to this hotel next time.”

• Easy transportation from airport and to cruise line.
• Vending machine didn't work.

“Clean facility and friendly staff. Very small room, but decent. Don't purchase the food delivery from the paper provided under the door. It was awful!”

• The night clerk was hard to find.

“Its great for the price and cleanliness and location from the airport. The fee also included continental breakfast with round the clock coffee service.”

• Offered free shuttle service to and from Airport.

“Room was small (1 double bed) but comfortable. I would stay here again if I had to stay overnight near the airport. Left before cont. breakfast opened in the am so can't rate the food. Shuttle service to and from airport was great - I'm sure I saved a bunch on taxis.”
