• Clean, bright, well-appointed, attractive.
• Bartender used old Champagne to make a mimosa & didn't take it off or replace it when reported.

• I was surprised to know we got what Marriott called the Penthouse floor.
• The staff was confused whether bottled water was complimentary on the 7th Floor.

“I am a Marriott Reward Member and as usual it is the hotel of choice for my travel needs. The Marriott Hotels are always well maintained. I have never stayed in a Marriott I didn't like.”

• I liked the elevator, bar and entry into the motel.
• No indoor swimming pool.

“We were very impressed with the hotel, inside and out. The grounds keepers were busy trimming the bad branches off the palm trees and trimming.”

• Looks nice.
• Noisy!

“ I changed rooms because of the noisy neighbors and the howling soda machine (sounded like an airplane). The second room was just as bad with the neighbor's TV and then his snoring. I'm pretty sure this hotel was made (or remade after a hurricane?) with very flimsy Sheetrock and zero sound proofing. I left the hotel at 1:00 am and slept soundly at a roach hotel off of 1-95 and whatever the intersection was. I had to laugh at the ridiculousness of this night of my life. ”

• Location was too distant from the port. When selecting from the Priceline map, the area looked much closer that it actually is.

• The room and indoor bar was cold.
• The breakfast buffet was not fresh, TV and internet went out for half a day.

• Nothing, noisy, dirty and rude staff.
• Mold, promises broken and rude
  staff.

“Would never stay there again, mold in bathroom, staff was rude, TV set with a buzz never fixed, bad stay hotel design with center bar and lobby, all noisy through room doors all night--screaming and yelling bad stay.”

• Wireless internet was not included with the room.

“The hotel is wonderful however I do not understand how an upscale hotel can charge extra for wireless service when lesser hotels include the cost of wireless.”

• The front desk staff is knowledgeable about the area and always has an excellent map to get you there.
• Room service seemed hurried, annoyed, and the order was not right.

“This is our third stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with everything we need. My only disappointment this time was with room service. They seemed hurried and annoyed on the phone. Although, I did have to call twice to get an answer. So, they probably were busy. Part of our order was wrong, but we ate what came as we were hungry, it was 9:30pm and it wasn't anything we didn't like.”

• The hotel was very clean and we liked the location how it was not right on a busy thoroughfare.
• The swimming pool was closed for renovations which wasn't a huge deal but the kids were bummed.

“We had a great time at this hotel and it worked well for us as we went to the Orange Bowl and the travel time and traffic was not bad at all.”
