• Remote location for a traveler.

• Unfriendly staff, broken heater, no coffee, no receptionist after midnight.

“We stayed at this hotel 2 nights, last Thursday and Sunday. It was awful. 1. This is not an airport hotel. There is no shuttle when we needed (6:30 am). The taxi cost $31. 2. No receptionist when we wanted to check in, both nights, 3. Heater did not work. Smoke came out. It was awful. 4. No coffee (they only had decaf in the room) 5. No shampoo/conditioner. 6. No wake up all. We were told "You have the alarm clock in your room for that!" 7. We asked the front desk to make an appointment for a taxi. It never came! I wonder if the hotel ever called the taxi company.”
