  • Close to airport!
  • Neighborhood wasn't attractive or functional.

  • The price.
  • The smell of the hall was that of mildew.

“If you need a place to crash for the night not bad for the money. The back entrance that was suppose to be secured and only able to be opened by room key was broken so anyone could get in.”

  • Close to airport and free shuttle to Carnival Lines Cruse.
  • First floor hall way really smelled. Exercise equipment broken.

“Good location if you are just passing through. Not good if you want to walk to restaurant as it is in the middle of airport. Great restaurant.”

“Shoddy hotel. far from the airport and right next to a highway.

“It was a decent hotel but there is nothing to do with in walking distance and the shuttle to the port was very unorganized. There could be a better system to get the people to port from the hotel. The drivers need also need a lesson in driving safely. There werer a few instances where there could have been a wreck and the driver was talking on the phone while driving a van full of people.”

  • I liked to location for the occasion, the space of the room, the cleaning.

“One only receptionist (a woman) was not friendly. The guy at night was very kind and helpful. I liked the space of the room, and location for this occasion.”

“Easy to get to, the rooms were very clean, free shuttle to the airport, free coffee in the rooms, high speed internet and perfect for a business traveler.”

  • Price.
  • Unkempt.

“It looked dirty and unkempt. The staff was friendly enough but it took forever to talk to them since they were so busy. The location was not great.”

  • It was close to airport and they had free shuttle from airport and a low fee shuttle to the port.
  • Wasn't the cleanest. It was just ok.

  • There was one evening worker that was very friendly, but he was not there when we checked in.
  • Nothing they told me over the phone was correct.

“This hotel, in my opinion needs better management because of the misleading information that the desk personnell gives to callers.”

  • The shuttle service was perfect. The people are friendly and helpful.
  • The location felt unsafe after dark. The paint wasn't finished in the bathroom.

“The shuttle from the airport and to the port of Miami was fantastic. It made the stay worthwhile. The neighborhood really isn't conducive to walking around, but we ordered in and it was fine. The remodeling work was rough - paint unfinished, rough holes not completely finished, but the room was clean. Overall: I'd stay again for the travel ease.”

  • Nothing, the hotel smelled bad!
  • It smelled bad, the staff was very rude, and over priced!

“Housekeeping walked in my room several times without knocking, they did not want to provide extra wash cloths when asked, my room smelled very bad, like old mildew socks, so therefore I had to keep air on. front desk personnel was very short, not friendly when I asked a question. also half the housekeeping staff did not speak English.”

  • The front desk man was apologetic.
  • Poor management and allowing a large Hispanic party on the premises I believe is why I lost my room.

“The management must be poor to not ensure that I had a non-smoking double room when I arrived late from Miami International airport. When I arrived with the airport shuttle at 1:00 am I was told my room was dirty! I can only guess that it had something to do with the large Hispanic party that was going on in the hotel lounge area. It was loud, crowded and a few drunks came out to use the ATM and ask for rooms. The hotel was sold out but we got a single room in the smoking section. The room smelled but we had no choice as it was now 2:00 am and the shuttle was gone for the night.! Live and learn.”

  • Close to the airport.
  • Not close to anything except the airport. We were stuck in our rooms.

“It's a great hotel if you're waiting on a flight early the next morning. It's almost right on the airport grounds. This becomes its liability. There are no restaurants or activities within walking distance of this hotel. They do have on-site car-rental, but if you check in at 5 PM, you don't exactly want to rent a car for just a few hours. It rained while we there, so we couldn't even use the pool. It would be a fine hotel for business travel, just not leisure.”

  • Only other hotels in area, no other restaurants to choose from.

  • Desk clerk very efficient.
  • Dingy, appalling restaurant, unable to help with flooded carpet from A/C.

“Hotel was expensive but had the look of a 1950's motel with old paintwork. Restaurant was run by separate organization with a very poor "greasy spoon" menu with few selections. Many guests that stayed at same time were unhappy. I selected a Days Inn because I believed that organization has minimum standards. Apparently I was wrong.”
