• Fast checking and pick up at the airport.
• Only other hotels in area, no other restaurants to choose from.

• Convenient shuttle service to Miami airport.
• Mystic restaurant is way overpriced, steak was inedible.

• It was comfortable.
• The location was not good. So far away from the beach.

• Desk clerk very efficient.
• Dingy, appalling restaurant, unable to help with flooded carpet from A/C.

“Hotel was expensive but had the look of a 1950's motel with old paintwork. Restaurant was run by separate organization with a very poor "greasy spoon" menu with few selections. Many guests that stayed at same time were unhappy. I selected a Days Inn because I believed that organization has minimum standards. Apparently I was wrong.”

• Good job trying to mimic the Hilton/Marriotts in room decor.
• Front desk staff needs to be more relaxed and friendly-like.

“Front desk is nothing elegant. Hallways are nothing elegant. Rooms are clean and quality of decor and linen are on par with the Hilton/Marriott quality, but if you focus a little you can see there have been plenty repairs that have been done in the rooms using sub par craftsman.”

• The availability of rental car.
• We were locked out of our room before check-out & the maid was rude when we asked her to give us access.

“The people at the front desk are very helpful. The rooms are neat & clean, comfortable beds. The availability of rental cars right in the lobby of the hotel is a very nice touch. Also, a restaurant is located in the lobby as well. It seemed a little expensive for the quality of the food.”

• Unsafe area, in poor repair in all areas, unhelpful staff.

“We would never stay in this hotel or any other Days Inn if this is an example of their service. Should be rated under the "sleaze bag" option! Do not recommend to customers. There are too many other options near the Miami airport for the same rate!”

• It was one mile from the Orchid Show I attended.
• The two roaches I killed in my room.

“I would sleep on the street before I would stay at this hotel. There were roaches in my room, no washcloths one day and the desk said I would have to wait for the cleaning lady to arrive at 9:00 AM. The room was in overall poor condition, example, the toilet tank cover was cracked. The desk staff were surly and not at all helpful.”

• It's easy to access by shuttle and car. Good price.
• The air conditioner did not function well. Slightly smoky smell in the room.

“Would recommend it. Did not try high priced restaurant. Wendy's close by. Staff courteous. Shuttle prompt.”

• Easy travel to and from interstate systems.
• There wasn't anything that I disliked.

“It is centrally located between the airport and downtown. The staff was friendly. There is air traffic noise, but I knew there would be. The room was clean and comfortable. I got everything that I wanted at an unbeatable price.”

• Shuttle services were excellent. Drivers are so kindly.
• The restaurant it was very expensive for the breakfast that was offered.

“The hotel was so convenient for our purpose, that was only rest for an international flight before we continued our vacation.”

• Was very drab.

“Was okay for my purpose of flying out of Miami and a place to park and the free shuttle service. Would not stay more than a night.”

• They let us check in early.
• The room, the location, the staff, the parking, the elevators, the hallways, the list just keeps going.

“To start with the front desk didn't give us any info regarding the hotel, a map on how to get to the room or extras or anything. They gave us our key and said park in the back. The when we got to our room the door was open. Kind of weird. The air, train and hwy traffic noise was unbelievable. The hotel is at the end of a very busy runway, right beside the freeway and apparently trains tracks as well. We left for dinner, and then when we came back our entire bathroom floor was flooded. So I called the front desk they sent someone right up but he didn't speak any English, and didn't fix the problem, he told the front desk it was probably from the maids cleaning earlier. Then we had to clean it up because housekeeping was there, and no one else was willing to do it. After we cleaned it up it was still leaking from the bathtub in the room next to us. So I go down to talk to the front desk to ask for another room the elevator stopped at the next floor and wouldn't close. So I had to walk down the 3 flights of stairs in a very scary and dark stairwell. Then they changed us to a suite. They room was the exact same except it had a microwave and a fridge, both of which didn't work. This was the worst day¿s inn that I have ever stayed at and was way over priced.”

• The building outside and inside is ugly. The halls and elevators smell a cigarette.

• It was available.
• Very few of the employees spoke any English; we tried for 3 days to get extra pillows.

“Over all it was clean the beds were extremely uncomfortable the air conditioner was very ineffective, freezing one minute warm the next. Found it impossible to speak to the staff. Had the cleaning staff walk in on 2 days to see if we were leaving when we were booked for 3 nights.”
