• The mini kitchen.
• Kind of small.

“The hotel was well more than I expected the room was very clean and its right off of hwy 826. There are many restaurants and stores near by. Friendly staff.”

• The front desk staff was lousy!

“Clean, spacious room. Hotel conveniently located next to Palmetto Expressway and close to restaurants/shopping centers in Doral. Great place for leisure or business.”

• Clean, spacious, well equipped.
• Shuttle drivers scary.

“Overnight stay was comfortable and safe. The room was large and kitchenette well equipped for longer stay. Breakfast was prepackaged but ok for quick grab. Shuttle driver to hotel was scary, drove too fast! From hotel back to airport, ok. Would be helpful if driver declared how far it was to hotel because route is precarious if traveling alone.”

• Couple business travel.
• There were ants when first arrived.

“Excellent hotel, attentive service, good utilities, in our case great location. We extended our stay. After that there was more work to be done and we applied for another hotel. That was Days inn in Miami airport. Horrible! Only because we had work to do and could not change hotels again!”

• It had a full stove not just 4 burners and newly remodeled.
• Kind of hard to get through light at certain times of day.

“Very well maintained and staffed. I did have one small concern: usually a once a week cleaning takes place, but I did not receive and cleaning at all. Maybe I did not read all the fine print but not even the garbage taken out or linens changed. Very comfortable room and very clean otherwise.”

• Close to where I needed to be.
• In a crowded parking lot with little green space.

“Decent hotel for the price. The people were very friendly and helpful. I was charged twice for the room but had that fixed without problem.”

• Paying for internet and no handicap doors.

• It looked run down; seemed ghost town like.

• Huge rooms with many amenities.
• Free airport shuttle was not available.

“This a great hotel for business travelers and families with a rental car. Close to airport has a pool and hot hub. There is space for your home's furniture if you want to bring it, but they already have everything, including oven, microwave, kitchen sink, full size freezer and refrigerator. Great for extended stays. Also clean, If you are tired of small New York hotels, welcome to the luxurious and spacious extended stay in Miami. If you don't need a view of the water (or any view really), and you have a rental car, this is the place to bring your family or friend to enjoy downtown Miami and the beach areas. Don't expect to walk to a nearby quality restaurants, as even the Subway sandwich shop in the adjacent strip mall closes at 4 pm on Saturday nights. Also great for business travelers WiFi in room and free computer downstairs. $20-25 cab ride from airport unless the free shuttle is available.”

• The hotel was at good location.
• This hotel did not have any twin bed rooms.

“The hotel is good if you are looking to stay for a week or so. But for a group of mine of 4 people, this hotel is not at all good. They don't have any twin bed rooms and so we were stuck with a king size room and a sofa sleeper.”

• They are not flexible.

“I asked for shuttled service to go to the airport and as I have seen the hotel services they would have a shuttle service until 10:00pm, so I supposed to have the service at 4:00pm and they said the driver was in another activity and I would have to take cab yellow. I was really unsatisfied but I was luck when I talked to the manager and they took me to the airport at that time.”

• Shuttle bus did not run 24 hours to airport.

“This place was clean and had everything, except it did have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. It ended up costing me another 25 dollars to get to the airport in the morning. Being that close to the airport you would expect a shuttle.”

• I liked the way the room was set up. My only complaint was locating the facility. The way the traffic flows thru Miami made the hotel hard to locate.
• The small strip mall was the only corner stone which helped us to find the hotel.

• Almost like being at home.
• No service for travelers under 7 day stay.

“For what it was it was a great deal. The room was big and clean I cannot complain. Next time I am in the Miami area I will stay there again.”

“My overall staff was very good. The staff was very friendly. The room was cozy for a 2star hotel. The location of the hotel seemed very safe. I especially liked the fact that I was walking distant from restaurants and other entertainment.”

• The staff< the shuttle being on time< the room< it was all great.
• The hotel could offer a shuttle service within a mile of the area, as waiting on cabs is horrible.

“My overall stay was great. They resort is pet friendly but you would never know it. My room was great. I had a sofa bed, a recliner, and a queen size bed. The full kitchen is great, they don¿t provide dishwashing liquid though, so be aware. All rooms share an interior lobby, which is great, as I was a single female and like that security. The rooms are also equipped with DVD players. The breakfast was ok; they serve sunny delight instead of real orange juice, but other than that jihad a great stay!”

• Near the airport. Good enough to stay one or two nights.
• Smoking smell in the room. Some spots in the sheets.

“We received wrong information about the shuttle. The women in the hotel told us that the shuttle work 24 hours and luckily we asked the driver and he told us that the shuttle finish at 10 p.m. And we took our car to go and return. Wong information at desktop. We liked that was quiet and was ok because we spent only one night.”

• Inside, the hotel was more than I expected. Great experience.
• Parking lot was to dark! Need more lights.

“The police have been telling the owner of the hotel for years to install more lights in the parking lot. This event took up to 4 hours of my time plus I missed my flight! The cops were very nice and helpful in which I wrote the Mayor of Miami, however, the Hotel Manager was rude. Once I finally got a hold of her. She did not apologize or offer any help/assistance. I do want to state that the person on duty that night was very helpful, she helped with contacting the police and let me use a broom and paper towel to clean up the glass from my SUV and surrounding area.”
