• The lobby is too small and the personal is so rude..

“The room smelt like wet, the toilet is leaking and the lobby and breakfast area is too small and disorganized....The personnel are so rude .Was a terrible experience, my first and last night is this hotel.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful.
• The rooms are outside and I had to walk a bit to get to the lobby.

“This hotel is close to the airport and offers free hourly shuttles services. Ideal when needing to stay overnight and needing to catch a flight the next day.”

• Stayed twice within the past 2 weeks, could park my car there for free while I was in Mexico for 8 days, great service

• A clerk was the greatest, kind, she helped us to get clothing while stranded.
• The room smell like smoke, know that children will stay there there should be no smoking.

“The person who checked us in was the best!, house keeping was not regular, we did not have enough towels. The bathroom was also clodded, water was running on the floor, the phone in the room also did not work.”

• Proximity to airport.
• Breakfast was skimpy.

“Stayed at this hotel for quick overnight stay near airport. Choose this one due to shuttle service, internet access, and breakfast included. The shuttle never arrived for our return trip to the airport--we ended up getting a cab. The breakfast was very limited and not great quality. The internet was fine.”

• Not much; location was right where we wanted it to be.
• The bathroom in our room was awful!

“Our bathroom didn't appear to be clean and I was glad we didn't have to actually take a bath. Seemed a little poor in quality for the price.”

• Located next to a mini-strip mall with excellent restaurants.

“Made our short stay in Miami perfect. We didn't have to go far to find excellent restaurants, which was important because of course you don't get fed on the airlines anymore.”

• Close to Miami
  International Airport for overnight stay only.
• Noisy, thin walls, leaky plumbing, poor continental breakfast with very small eating area.

“Location is good for a place to stay overnight near the Miami airport. It is noisy because there is no interior hallway; room doors open to the parking lot so you hear cars and people walking/talking as they arrive throughout the night and early morning. It is a 2-star not 3-star hotel. Problem: the toilet ran all night so it kept us awake. It is the safe hotel near the Miami airport; no frills but okay if you only need a place to sleep then leave in the morning.”

• Great staff, newly renovated rooms, good price for local.
• Further from airport.

“Recently renovated room. Nice, clean, everything in working order. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Shuttle only from airport only runs once an hour and it is 20-25 min away. Was very pleasantly surprised.”

• Free breakfast was good.
• Room needed repairs.

“Not up to snuff with other La Quintas I have stayed in. The room needed work as the ceiling plaster was faling. I had small bugs in the room. This is more common in south Florida but I didn't have this problem at any of the other 3 hotels I stayed in
