• I felt safe there and it was very close to the Orange Bowl.
• Food was somewhat warm and there was a rough spot under the carpet in the room floor. Could not regulate the heat.

“Room was clean and they let us check in early. Desk staff was very pleasant.”

• The hotel was very clean and I like that it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
• The breakfast had very dry scrambled eggs.

“The hotel was an excellent hotel for the price paid. It was clean with good hot water for a shower. The breakfast was adequate but had no meat and horrible dry scrambled eggs.”

• Continental breakfast was warm and had a lot of choices.
• The outside.

“The inside of the hotel was very nice, very new, we had free access to the internet, they even gave us a suite we had booked a regular room, the location is bad if you don't have a car but if you do there is a big mall 5 minutes away. Continental breakfast had warm food like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and warm Cinnamon buns.”

• Free breakfast, wireless internet.
• Room design is not so comfy.

“When I checked in I was not advised which way to go to get to my room. I had to figured where the elevator was and how to get to my room. Prior to check in at the hotel I called to ask for direction the reception could not give me adequate direction to get there although I was less than 20 minutes away and had advised him my current location. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who needs a place to stay for less than 3 days.”

• Everything was excellent and they even had baked cookies. So good at the front desk. Girl at front desk was absolutely fantastic and very observant.
• There was nothing we did not like.

“Not only was everything clean and fresh, the employees always had smiles on their faces but the room that had breakfast everyday also had several flat screen TVs. The breakfast food was great and different every morning. It was hot always.”

• My second stay was better with friendlier staff!!
• My request was changed by a unfriendly night staff!!

“I hope the hotel does not change your request, specially when you get to the hotel late with big time change and with children!!! My second stay was so much nicer. I requested a crib and received it!!! Staff friendliness goes a long way.”

• The service and breakfast was good.
• Road noise, Wireless internet did not work.

“1) Good Service 2) Clean rooms 3) Breakfast was the best 4) Has Laundry, Gym, pool 5) Easy access to free ways. 6) Free internet via wireless never worked for me. Reception had no clue. 7) Some road noise from the SR-826.”

• Breakfast.
• The room was small and too far away from most beach attractions.

“The only bright spot was the breakfast buffet. Thank God, we only slept, showered and ate breakfast here! The bathroom was moldy and everything about the room was cramped. We even went without electricity for 15 hours, for which we never heard the slightest apology or were compensated in any way. I feel sorry for the good people who worked at the hotel and anyone who chooses to stay here for more than a quick night's sleep.”

• Room was okay, not great.
• I paid for a single room, king bed, and non-smoking but was offered a room with two beds.

“Hotel staff was fine; however, staff could not cash travelers checks. Quite disappointing.”

• The staff was friendly, breakfast was terrific and clean room.
• First floor window view and parking lot.

“Hotel was great. Breakfast was terrific. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was all booked so there was no alternative but to take a room on the first floor, which I do not personally like. Staff was wonderful. ”

• After an initial bump in the road, the staff tried to be accommodating.
• The staff was disorganized, not very forthcoming with what was causing the delay at check in at 3 PM.

“The hotel is not in a user friendly location. It has been remodeled and the rooms are relatively clean. However, the staff seemed inexperienced with customer service and were stumbling all over each other behind the registration desk which caused delays at check in. They also would not accommodate an early check in and were still late checking customers in after the 3 PM check in time.”

• The hotel was clean and well equipped. They offered excellent breakfast choices at no additional charge.
• No complaints. The hotel was well worth the rate paid

• It provides internet access in addition to other good things.
• One receptionist in the late evening of Feb. 19th denied me to use their printer to print my air boarding pass, saying no printer was available.

“I am satisfied with the hotel. However, it gave me a wrong direction to the hotel in the webpage of the hotel when I clicked the DIRECTION TO THE HOTEL. The actual location of the hotel is in the west side of NW 122nd street (W 68th street0, not in the east side.”
