• Free deluxe continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
• Nothing. Hotel was excellent.

“Hotel was very clean and easily accessible. Staff was very friendly breakfast. Free breakfast was delicious. Room had refrigerator, microwave, large TV, and divided bathroom/sink.”

• The staff is lazy and untruthful. Manager did not respond to complaint.

“They left me hanging at the airport for 1 1/2 hours. They said they looked for me, that's BS. Then the next day, I had a tight schedule to catch a flight, and the driver was playing around right at scheduled departure time. We left hotel 15 minutes behind schedule. The manager did not respond to my documented complaints. Bunch of bums.”

• It had a security guard and security gate.
• A very small room, small bathroom.

“The hotel is in the flight path of Miami airport, and is by a freeway. The room smelled as if they spilled a bottle of cleaning liquid just before we arrived. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• Shuttle service to/from airport and cruise docks.
• Noisy heater/air conditioner, TV from the 90's.

“Just fine for 6 hours of sleep. 4 restaurants were a 1/4 mile walk.”

• The comfort of the beds.
• Horrible location.

“This hotel is listed as close to the Airport, but it is in a tough location to find, and is not very convenient to the Airport. Hotel is in an area with very few dining options available in the area.”

“This hotel is excellent in all ways. Super clean. When I entered your room I was impressed for the good clean smell of the room. The staff is super friendly. It is in an excellent location, near supermarkets, pharmacies, and attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• The clean big room with fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 TVs, internet, SPA.
• Nothing. Perfect.

• The location and security and free breakfast.
• Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM - it should be extended to about noon. The ceiling and bathroom floor could've been cleaned a little better.

“A good value for $50/night. The room was clean, although the ceiling and bathroom floor could've been cleaned better. A security guard greets you upon arriving in the parking lot, looking up your reservation. Breakfast ends too early at 10:00 AM. They also charge $2.75 for bottled water, if you happen to consume the bottles provided in the room. I would definitely recommend for pleasure/business.”

• Hard to say.
• I could not make international calls, but the system tried to charge me anyway.

“Not good for a single traveler. Two beds leaves you with no space at all. So, you loose space in exchange for nothing. What really frustrated me a bit is the fact that the staff did not believe me that I could not connect to Peru by telephone. I had to make a demo at front desk so that they can get rid of the charge.”

• Advice on great places to eat and free shuttle there and back.
• Free shuttle available 24/7 was advertised however we were not able to get shuttle on Sunday due to transports to port they need to plan for this.

“I would definitely stay here again. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Room was great and nicely decorated. I liked the fact that we could get a shuttle ride to a restaurant and back at no cost to us. The lobby was comfortable and the continental breakfast (waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice and coffee) was great.”

• Free shuttle to Port of Miami.
• Definitely not in the same class as Hilton or Marriott.

“Hotel was close to airport, had a free shuttle to the Port of Miami, Bell Captain was friendly, shuttle driver was willing to drop us off at a nearby location but the hallways for the rooms looked like a 1.5 star quality and there was no breakfast or breakfast bar.”

• It was very clean, friendly staff, safe area.
• When we checked into our hotel, it shared another parking lot and was confusing which hotel was ours.

“Our overall experience was very good. The price was very reasonable and helps us to be able to travel with our family.”

• Clean staff does not really speak English, but super nice.

• The appearance was fantastic and the rooms/bedding was great.
• The pool was too small and no hot tub. The bathroom also a little small.

“The appearance was great. They had a security guard at the entrance which really made you feel safe. The desk staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were very clean and quiet and the bedding was fantastic. The only down side was the pool was small and there was no hot tub. But I would definitely stay there again and I am looking forward to staying in more Marriott in my future travels.”

• I left too early for breakfast but a worker was kind enough to make me a waffle to go.
• Arranging shuttle travel leaving the hotel was difficult.

“The shuttles from the airport were easy to get from the airport and it was a fairly short ride to the hotel. The hotel was nice enough but although I had called to check shuttle travel, a shuttle was not available in the morning when I needed it. The room was small and the bathroom amenities were unavailable. (I was left 2 conditioners and a body wash).”

• Sheets quality and pillow quality are not good.

“It is a pretty good place to stay for a short time with its reasonable rate. If the quality of sheets and pillow are better, a little higher rate is acceptable.”

“For business travel it was acceptable. WiFi/internet not available in room. Business center has 2 computers. High Speed Internet not the fastest. Breakfast is a nice touch. Fruit/Muffins/Waffles and Frozen microwave sandwiches available, also juice and coffee. Room was clean.”
