• Nice pool and good breakfast.
• It was hard to find because it sits behind another hotel and it is hard to see the entrance.

“It was a nice stay. We had to really wait on the shuttle drive at the airport- and hour to be specific. We called several times and ended up taking a taxi however they did pay for that. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. It is close to the airport so was good for us.”

• Airport shuttle!
• Short hours for breakfast, we missed it by 20minutes.

“Slightly below the usual standard of a Fairfield (this one might be a bit old), but comfortable and clean. Wireless internet worked well and easily. The shuttle from the airport was easy to arrange, via the courtesy phone in airport arrivals hall, and was also easy to arrange for our ride back to the airport the next day.”

• The hotel breakfast was quaint with good variety for a continental breakfast.
• The room was small to the point the door opened onto the bed.

“The room, while renovated, was small and decorations outdated. Additionally, the hotel was adjacent to the expressway, which proved to be very noisy to the point that the doors rattled when trucks rode by.”

• Driver went out of his way to take daughter to drug store to pick up medicines.
• Took over 90 min to get picked up at the airport.

“Extremely busy and not enough front desk help. Took way too long to get picked up from airport had to call twice. Elevator too slow even when not in use and no air circulation in elevator. Air-conditioner in room extremely noisy - ran all the time.”

• The room was clean, breakfast was very nice.
• Three times we called the hotel regarding the bus from the airport to the hotel and were told it was on the way.

“This hotel, while a nice hotel, is not the best place to stay the night prior to a cruise. We would have been better staying in the city rather than 15 minutes from the Miami airport and further away from the cruise terminal.”

• The price, clean room and breakfast.
• The shuttle never arrived at the airport. Hard to communicate with staff.

“The hotel was pretty far from the airport. I waited at the airport for 1hr and called 3 times for the shuttle. It never showed, I had to take a taxi which they did pay for. The room and breakfast were very nice, which was good after a day of flying.”

“The Fairfied Inn is a very neat and clean hotel to staff. The service and the staff were great and a would highly recommend it to anyone for both business and pleasure.”

• Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
• No restaurant or lounge on the premises and very noisy due to landing flight path directly over hotel.

“The location of the hotel more for the business travelers. No restaurants on the premises was very inconvenient, and the restaurants that were within walking distant were mostly fast food. Deliveries from local businesses were very expense to say the least! No entertainment nearby or sightseeing making it necessary to pay for transportation which was also quite costly. The flight path for landing at MIA made for a very noisy and sleepless nights rest. We would definitely find accommodations that were closer to sightseeing the next time we visit Miami.”

• Free shuttle service, clean rooms, great service.
• The other guests.

“This hotel is great for a quick overnight stay, I would not recommend it for a week's vacation. The staff was great, they have a free shuttle to the airport and an inexpensive shuttle to the port if you are taking a cruise. It is a great stop on your way to other destinations.”

• It was close to the Miami airport. The staff was professional and nice. The free shuttle was nice.
• The room smelled like cleaner.

“The hotel was nice and not far from the airport. The staff was friendly on the phone and in person. The only compliant I have is the room smelled like cleaner and the toilet ran all night.”
