• Being a Marriott property I was sure it was going to meet our needs.
• It was a little hard to find at first, not well signed.

• They were all very nice and friendly.
• I don't know of anything we did not like.

“This hotel was great. We recommend it to everyone. It was very clean and the staff members were so nice and willing to help us with anything they needed. We asked for directions everywhere we went and they did a great job telling us and giving us a map. We had so much fun on our vacation.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• Toilet was not working properly when checked into the room.

“It is a good hotel for a 2.5 star hotel. The staff was very helpful when I had a problem with my room. The maid service was a bit slow in redoing the room but they did an okay job once they were there. Wireless internet is only available in the lobby not the rooms (wired access only). Restaurants and a grocery store was in walking distance of the hotel. Security was not a problem as they had an overnight security guard.”

• The hotel staff cleans the room and don't come back to the room and it is still not clean.

“The hotel is clean, in a very convenient spot from the Tennis Tournament, the interstate.”

• Beautifully landscaped courtyard.
• The fruit at breakfast was surprisingly bad for being in Miami I expected tastier.

“Very nice balcony seating overlooking the courtyard and pool. Friendly staff. A shuttle service to the airport would have been greatly appreciated but you can't have everything.”

• Could not get adjoining rooms or on the first floor.

“Overall, it was just fine. We only needed a place to sleep overnight, get up early and go to the airport. I was disappointed that there was no free continental breakfast.”

• How nice it looked ¿ everywhere.
• I liked it all.

“We checked in late and most places the people are tired and ready to go home but here they were extremely friendly and it was quick. The service at breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very clean and neat. The landscape around the pool was beautiful. I would definitely stay again.”

• Beds were comfortable & nicely appointed.
• Breakfast not included/towels rough/did not like sink outside of bathroom/not enough closet and drawer space/could not swim in pool water was hot.

“Hotel was clean ..cleaning staff hard to communicate. Directed problem of hot water in swimming pool to desk, nothing was done. If amenities like breakfast was included I would possibly think of coming back, without breakfast made stay prices higher, no light fare for possible evening snack...”

• It was very quiet and you really could sleep late. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable, one of the best I've slept on.
• Due to holidays I think they were short staffed but either way the Hallways were not well vacuumed and for 2 days had the same patches of dirt.

“Conveniently located by a bunch of highways with free on site parking. Easy to get to Fort Lauderdale, South Beach Miami and the Everglades area (Homestead/Florida city side) during Christmas and New Year traffic on the highways was not too bad. Although it did get worse the next week making the trip into town a little longer. The beds were very comfortable and they had free use of computers downstairs plus a pool. The corridors were not well vacuumed though.”

• Conveniently located, free broadband Internet.
• Breakfast not included, it's expensive to purchase, and not very good.

“Typical high quality Courtyard hotel in a convenient location if you're driving through Florida to the Keys. Nearby neighborhoods seem a bit dicey, they have a guard overseeing who gets into the hotel complex, but I felt completely safe there. Breakfast isn't included in the room rate, which drives the price up by $20. Free broadband access in the room is a nice extra.”
