• Close enough to the airport.
• Outside access door (card scanner) near our room didn't work.

“This was a decent hotel overall and a good place to stay for the night before getting back on the airplace. We spent our trip at a friends pad on Key West and we only came back to do Miami Beach for the night. This was the night before we left so this was a place to rest for the night.”

• The room had kitchens, the location is great. Nice front desk workers (but one).
• Internet connection on and off,
  TV remote control rests then doesn't work. one front desk young woman!

“Overall, my stay was great. The hotel is close to the airport and at the back of a golf court. The rooms have kitchens which made my stay so much more enjoyable and comfortable. They do have horrible internet connection problems, the internet was down one time for 3 hours! Regularly it was on and off. Nice little hotel. Good location.”

• Actual room was ok.
• Horrible customer service. Office did not open on time. Shuttle did not start running on time. Had to end up calling a taxi to get to airport.

• I like the fact that it had a small kitchen, and also that it has a folding couch bed.
• No tooth paste, or shampoo.

• Friendly staff, some of them not too knowledgeable about area.
• Isolated location, few restaurants in immediate area.

“Your typical extended stay type of hotel. However, we had to ask for glasses, coffee, etc which should have already been in room at time of check-in.”

• The location is exactly what we needed.
• The bathroom could use extra cleaning. There was mold in the corner by the tub.

• Central location of Miami and large parking spaces.
• The bathtub pour spot was low and the bathroom was small.

• The location is very convenient and there is a really nice neighborhood and park nearby to workout.
• The night deskman was extremely rude and would not give me a non-smoking room until 3am when I couldn't breath because of allergies.

“I checked into this hotel and my stay started off as a nightmare. The night deskman was extremely rude and also would not give me a non-smoking room. There were also other guests at the front complaining of their smoking rooms. The room smelled like the inside of an ashtray, the smoke smell was so strong I went to Walgreen's at night after traveling all day to buy Lysol and a Glade Plug In. After hours, this did not work. I have had to stay in other smoking rooms before, but this one felt like you literally had your nose constantly in an ash tray. Not even opening the window helped. At that time, the night deskman attempted to scold me like a child. I was in disbelief! Either way, he was not accommodating and not friendly at all. I was the one moving my things at 3 am on the other side of the hotel with red eyes and a runny nose. This was the worse customer service I have ever received at a hotel in my life and I'm a frequent business traveler. I would expect more from one of those charge by the hour roach motels. Needless to say, after that night I made it so I never had to go to the desk at night. The women that were at the desk in the morning were extremely nice and helpful in every way possible. Also, the room that I was moved to was very decent and clean with a separate bedroom/living room. The pool was small and very nice, especially in comparison to the hotel next door. There was hardly anyone at the pool, but next door was always full of families. The workout room was warm and closet sized with only 2 machines. I ran at the park down the street instead. very nice neighborhood behind the hotel with lots of runners, golfers, bikers. I would definitely stay here again, but the night manage.”

• It was at a proper location where it was easy to find. Enough parking.
• The hotel could have had some better up keeping.

“I would have to say my hotel experience at this hotel wasn't up to part. First and foremost when we were entering the building to get to our room there was an odor. That odor was the garbage. The garbage can was over flowing with trash. It was hot a humid when we were walking up the stairs. The room was a nice size. But the only down fall was the AC wasn't working properly.”

• It was a nice hotel for Homestead.
• Smoking room was sprayed with air freshener by maint. 2 mins b4 arrival.

“Decent Hotel in Miami area near Airport, in comparatively good area. Good for business travel. Hotel charges 4.95 per stay (doesn't matter how long) for internet access. They said property was estimated at 7 years old, effective age looked like about 2, so this is a well maintained property for this hotel system which doesn't always get it right.”
