• Free roll-away and very prompt and friendly staff.
• Air conditioning very noisy.

“Rooms are large, but modestly appointed-no refrigerator, table and chairs, etc. Continental breakfast was pretty basic, though they had waffles if you had time to wait to use the waffle maker. (It was very busy during the time we went because of a college oreintation.)”

• I found out I saved over 50% from priceline it was great
• Nothing the beds were great, it was very nice

“The Fairfield by Marriot was unbelieveable. the staff was great. Hotel newly remodeled. I booked two rooms on priceline and found out I needed a third room after. The staff gave us the best rate possible,
and upgraded to a suite.”

• The hotel was perfect in every ways, the lobby, the room and staff were all what I expected from a well managed hotel.
• I liked everything, will stay again.

“We have been on the road for 2 months and stayed at many hotels. This is one of the best hotel for its price and stars. Though not a large hotel, it is attractively designed and well equipped. The staff was professional, the lobby and the room both were very clean. The bed and beddings are comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient.”

• 2 queen beds and continental breakfast.
• Humid room and curtains were made for outer edge of window only - outsiders can see in at night.

“While the overall appearance was clean and they had a nice continental breakfast, I was disappointed with the comfort of the beds (other hotels are upgrading mattresses). The worst feature was that we were on the first floor looking out at the pool. People at the pool area could see into our room because the curtains did not close to cover the sheers. They were not made to close together. All first floor rooms can be easily observed from outside.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful, aimed to please.
• The pool was too close to the room and noisy. The ice machines were broken.

“The hotel is very family oriented and friendly. The staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. The pool was too close to the lobby and children running through the hotel left puddles everywhere that did cause a hazard. I think more carpets would have been helpful. All in all, I was happy and comfortable there.”

• Attractive, clean, comfortable.
• No refrigerator in room.

“The staff was great. They were pleasant and helpful. It was clean, comfortable, attractive. The rooms were large. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Computer workstation in lobby.
• Poor decor in room.

“The hotel was clean and offered a continental breakfast, which was great. The pool and hot tub were well used by the guests. The decor in my room was stark and bland. That is my only complaint.”

• Plenty of parking, walking area.
• Housekeeping was more friendly than the desk clerk that helped me when I checked in.

• Room was not ready for use at check in.

“Staff put me in a smoking room and my profile says non-smoking. The room was not ready, no ice bucket or glasses. When I asked the front desk for one they said "Oh, sorry, we don't use that room, we'll have to find one." They never did. Poor service.”

• The room was not normal Marriott standard, phone didn't work & cable TV was only basic.

“Overall it was a good experience. I felt safe, the room was clean, staff friendly and open spaces nicely appointed. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels - the room here was lacking by comparison.”
