• Nothing
• The room was horrible...no towel, moldy, dirty.

“While it was close to our destination, the room was so bad, we stayed only a few minutes, then left, driving over two hours home instead of staying in that pit.”

• Location.
• It was not clean!

“When we went to the room three lights did not work, including the light over the sink. When I told the staff at the desk they were helpful and replaced all the bulbs so there is no complaint about them. The coffee pot was not clean so I decided to run water through it first, then I would use it. The portion that holds the water had gooey sludge in it and even though I had not put coffee in it, the water came through brown. My washcloth looked like someone had polished their shoes with it. The breakfast area also was not clean. It was not up to days Inn standards in any way. The outside (pool and grounds) looked nice and were kept well. I have never had such a negative experience with the lack of cleanliness in an American hotel room. I have never complained before but feel you should know this.”

• Run down property and not very clean.

• Good place to stay for VT orientation.
• Room clean and beds comfortable.

“Son had orientation at VT. Little distance away but was comfortable. Would stay there again if need arises.”

• Nothing, dirty, unkept.
• everything, if it wasn't so late, when we arrived I would have wanted my money back.

• The TV was relatively new.
• The structure of the bed/box spring was damaged.

“The location was great. We had to ask for clean (not stained) sheets to be put on one bed. Housekeeper told us that the "stained" sheets were supposed to only be on the beds for the construction workers, who stay at the hotel during the week. Smell in "smoking room" was bad. Bed linens and carpet were very old and worn. Not going back ever!”

• The staff was nice when they realized we were family of the van tech tragedy.
• Very dirty, broken down, lawful.

“It is the worst hotel I think I have ever paid for. It was so bad we took our losses (since we pre-paid) and found another place to stay during the funerals. This could not have come at a worse time since we were in the area because my cousin was one of the professors shot and killed at van tech. The hotel room did not even have cold running water, only hot. The door lock was broken and the heater did not work. It was dirty and I am fairly certain the sheets were not clean.”

• Staff here is very friendly and clean surroundings.

“It was really a god stay here after ire was renovated. Everything was very nice.”

• It was truly a dump!
• Sink dripped nonstop, beds sagged, bugs everywhere, staff non-responsive.

“This hotel needs to be torn down, all of the furniture needs replacing and it is very expensive.”

• Overpriced compared to conditions.

“Don't stay here unless you like sub-par accomodations. Beds are hard and for $130 a night, you should find another option.”

• The non-smoking room smelled like old smoke.

• I got the first floor level.
• It was too far from VT.
