• Convenient to the location we were there for.
• Poorly maintained, air conditioner leaked, condensation soaking the entire floor. Not enough towels for 3 people and carpets were threadbare and dirty.

“Our air conditioner leaked the whole time completely soaking our floor and seeping out into the walkway outside. We never got any maintenance response after reporting it so we walked around in shoes on the dirty threadbare carpet, so our feet wouldn't get wet. Not enough towels or shampoo, sheet didn't smell fresh, our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and the continental breakfast consisted of marginally stocked toast, we never got any donuts, Danishes, or fruit because they were out by 07:30 and never refilled. The only redeeming thing was wireless internet in the room!”

“this hotel is not customer friendly and caution should be used when booking rooms. I tried booking online and the computer changed the arrival date to the day I was registering at 9pm! I realized the mistake after hitting the send button and called them within 15 minutes (915pm) they stated they have a 7 day cancel policy and I would have to pay penalty of $50 to cancel. The front desk asked the manager if they could waive this penalty but he took the front desk to bill it! needless to say I will never use them again and being in sales I use a lot of hotels DO NOT USE ONE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.”

• I liked the staff approach towards the customers.
• The breakfast food and facility is so poor.
