• It was dirty, roach infested, run- down, lamps and outlets not working, Housekeeping staff stood outside our room, talking, despite our quiet sign.

“The room smelled of cigarettes, there was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower, and the telephone had several numbers/letters missing. We returned to the front desk and received 2 keys (one didn't work) to another N/S room, which also smelled of smoke, carpet was dirty, night stand was dirty and sticky, we killed 4 Roaches, the shower curtain was dirty and stained, the moulding was peeling from 2 walls, this phone also had missing numbers/letters, a lamp did not work, most of the outlets would not accommodate the plugs for our personal items.”

• I felt very safe and I loved the convenience. It was a good central location of where I needed to go!
• The television remote was not working and I had to get 4 different ones. Need to update televisions and TV stations.

“I would really like to stay there again! Or some other hotel in the area, that compares to it! It was close to shopping and eating. my relatives who came to visit me there was impressed also. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Never had an attitude.”
