• The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

• Location to Virginia Tech.
• There was no hot water - water heater broke - they shut water off.

“This hotel was not worth the money we spent. The breakfast buffet was poor. The hot water heater broke so there was no hot water - they shut off the water all together.”

• It was very convenient to VT which is what we needed.
• I had a smoking room that I don't believe I ordered.

“This hotel is very convenient to Virginia tech. Even I could find the college and that is saying something. The continental breakfast was well worth it, with waffles, muffins, cereal and a lot of other choices. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Nice, clean rooms. Easy access to Va Tech Campus.
• Directions on internet were not correct. Breakfast could have more variety. Add fresh fruit variety and hard boiled eggs.
