• The complimentary breakfast was good.
• There were bugs in the room, and hotel staff seemed completely unconcerned about this.

“This hotel was adequate to good in most respects, but bugs in the room make me unlikely to visit again.”

• This hotel has too many negatives to see any positives!
• Customer beware! This is not a user friendly hotel!

“This hotel made our vacation a nightmare! We arrived late at night and they had not followed my request to find the room I asked and wasn't available! The next day our room was changed & when I asked about the refrigerator & microwave, was told that was extra. At 2:30 am, 2nd night woman beating on door and demanding her husband come out. The night manager did not handle & my husband had to call police. Upon checking out we found they had put holds on our credit card. We were told that was policy and when we said we wanted it settled as we were leaving town and they had all our travel money tied up we were told it was Sunday and the desk clerk just refused to deal with us anymore and dismissed us! The sign in the room says satisfaction guaranteed or your stay is free! We requested that from customer service and were told that's up to each owner & these hotels are individually owned and they refused! Don't put the sign out that's a false promise! Customer beware!”

• Comfortable bed and pillows. good TV guide.
• No in-house restaurant.
