“Neighborhood was very questionable, didn't feel safe, in need of general repairs/upkeep could tell they saved money by doing 2nd rate repairs.”

“After spending the night with little sleep, we were very sorry we had stayed there. Not expecting more than a clean comfortable room and a quiet night to rest we settled for a 2 rating (our friends have stayed in 2 rated hotels and have been very pleased) but with the hotel bar music playing so loud most of the night that our beds literally vibrated, we were very disappointed. The uncomfortable beds and the bathroom fan not attached tightly could have been overlooked. What we needed was sleep.”

“I have found several days inns to be in direr need of better house keeping, need updating, and I have stayed in my last day¿s inn. The worst one I ever saw was in dun or Benson no. The place was like a land fill. The person receiving us in homestead did not fit the image of some one who knew the business.”

“We checked in and then left when we saw how bad the conditions were. We booked two rooms. We have two small chihuahuas that travel with us and we were told they did not accept pets even though the website4 clearly says they do as well as their literature and is why we chose this hotel. Their copied hotel map even showed a pet area. They told us if we were caught with pets they would charge us an additional $50.00 per pet for the violation. We ended up checking into another hotel as we did not feel safe in the Homestead Days Inn. They had a gate to the parking lot which was easy to by pass that I suppose they thought was a deterrent for criminals. The air conditioning unit was falling out of the wall and did not work well. The rook felt like a sauna and smelled like a gymnasium. As a result of this experience I would like to speak to someone about getting some of my money back. My phone number is (321) 689-7647.”
