• Best location to visit the Evergaldes.
• Florida City is not the nicest city.

• New TV.
• Outdoor stairs in only 1 location. Door was difficult to shut.

• Convenient to our trip.
• Staff was loud at breakfast location, not working.

“The sign at the front entrance cannot be seen at night. The staff charged us more than we were initially quoted. The staff were not working in the am during the breakfast being served, talking loud, party voices, very distracting, could not hear the news or talk to ourselves.”

• Location.
• Small room with single small double bed for 2.

“Room was upstairs and no elevator, the hi-speed connection never worked. The room had a stale smell when I arrived and they had a small double bed for 2 of us. I haven't been to a hotel for a very long time that had a single small bed. Too expensive for the facilities.”
