• Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.
• The hotel was doing maintenance outside our window at 8:00 am Saturday & Sunday.

“I wish they would have blocked off the front part of the rooms for availability due to the maintenance being done to the 3rd floor. We could not rest in our room due to the noise. Other than that, the staff was nice, the lobby was roomy, and the restaurant was clean.”

• There was a tick in my bed!

“We've stayed here before and the rooms are perfect for us as we are visiting family. The problem is the big fat TICK in the bed... You can imagine the rest of the trip home!”

“Also they allowed a late checkout. Room service for breakfast was fast. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Front desk helpful and friendly. Italian restaurant on site. Free wireless internet.”

• Staff was very friendly and went out of there way to provide excellent customer service. Everything was very convenient.
• The restaurant for breakfast was not very good.

“I would recommend this hotel to any traveler that is looking for a convenient location off the inter-state while receiving excellent customer service and a clean place to stay.”

“During our stay the staff was excellent. Our son was getting married and we had guests coming long distances. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs from early check-in to room arrangements. I would particularly like to thank the front desk ladies, for their patience and great attitudes.”

• The restaurant had wonderful food.
• The fan in the bathroom did not work.

“It met my expectations for a 2 star hotel. The staff was friendly. It was clean. In a good location with stores, other restaurants, and gas stations. The hotel restaurant had great food.”

• Did not offer complimentary breakfast like most hotels.

“First and foremost when we arrived they gave us our room key and we proceeded to the room. Getting off the elevator the smell was horrible. It smelled musty and like cigarette smoke and the carpets in the hallway were filthy. We got to our room and both my husband and myself looked at each other and we said we are not staying in this room. The room smelled so bad like it had not been cleaned. The cigarette smell was thick in that room. We went to the desk and explained it to the girl. Being treated very rudely, my husband told her he wanted another room or his money put back on his card. Being treated rude she asked what did we want her to do. After a wait she finally gave us a clean room, but we feel that the wait was so a room could be cleaned and the carpet sprayed. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and never had any kind of problem and the clerks were never rude.”

• I thought the location was great. It was convenient to the Pittsburg airport.
• I would like to have coffee in the lobby for longer hours.

“This hotel was located in easy access of the airport. The employees were kind and the room was clean. The hotel was close to many places to eat and shop. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.”

• Like the location and the staff was very friendly.
• Too smoky. Clothes smelled of smoke.

“I feel the hotel should be converted to a non smoking hotel or install an adequate ventilation system to get rid of smoke. Also, because of the smoking, the appearance is dull looking and there is odor from trying to cover up the smell of the smoke. Instead of taking elevator down from 4th floor, I took the stairs. The stairwells smelled better than the floor areas.”

• Hotel was clean. Housekeeper was excellent.
• Outdoor pool.

“Nice hotel if you are traveling. I was not impressive with it for families. Pool is outdoors and was not open on a 74 degree day. No DVD players so if you would like to watch a movie, you have to play $13.99 to order one.”

“Rooms were very small, dining required reservations otherwise a minimum of 2 hour wait, which is ridiculous. The breakfast hours are shortened on the weekends which you would think it would be normal or even more. Walls are extremely thin, we could hear everything going on above us & on both sides.”
