• Very accommodating and friendly staff members.
• Cigarette burns in sheets and curtains in a non-smoking room.

“Overall a very nice stay for the price. Also, the entrance to the hotel lot from the Southern direction is very tricky; in a high-traffic situation, I would say potentially a dangerous turn into the lot from the South.”

• It was close to where I needed to be.
• It was too noisy--full of students from foreign countries and they partied all night.

“The hotel was modest, clean, and the personnel were fine. What I didn't like is that I could have gotten the room a whole lot cheaper if I had gone straight through them. ”

• Inexpensive and close to work location.
• Noisy.

“Inexpensive and convenient to location that I was visiting on business. Walls very thin - water running in next room made lot of noise - also all parking lot noise (someone blaring horn at 6:00 AM) is very loud in room. Older decor. Pillow case had some dried gum? that should have been detected. Although quick wireless Internet - explorer kept locking up every few minutes - requiring a full reboot of the PC - making it nearly useless. No movies offered. I will only stay at a 2.5 or 3 star facility from now on. Hotel is rated at 2 stars - more like 1.”

• Dirty, run down, not kept-up, depressing, holes in the wall gutter leaking.
