• To define beach front with out walking 2 to 3 blocks.
• Did not define hotel was 2 to3 blocks from the beach.

• A few yards from the beach and a number of restaurants on the Peir.
• The fans in the lobby were filthy, and they did not have a non-smoking room; nasty smell.

• The shower curtain was clean/new towels plentiful appliances worked.
• Sink coaster had soap scum and hair under it. Furnace/air blew on you continuously while watching TV in the only place to put chairs.

“The people running the hotel were nice, brought towels when we needed them. The cleaning upon getting into the room was poor. The sink counter had not been cleaned previously to our coming. The rug had my socks black. Needed shampooed badly. I guess you sometimes get what you pay for. It was close to everything and the beach was a block away. I probably wont stay there again.”

• Familiar Name, Price, Location to Beach and amenities in area.
• Moldy smell in room.

“We felt very comfortable and safe. The staff was very friendly. We visit Cocoa Beach often. Other family members have stayed at this hotel as well in past. Have no problem going back to this hotel. For the price, it met our expectations.”

• The room was very clean and we were allowed to have our small dog with us. It was good to have a Microwave and refrigerator.
• I felt $25.00 per night for our pet was a little high.

“Anyone who needs to have accommodations that will allow a pet this would be the place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Perkins restaurant is located directly next door and there were other very nice eating places within walking distance. This property is not located directly on the beach audit is about a 3 or 4 block walk which I had no problem with. Do not try to take your pet without a prior reservation as they are very limited to the rooms that they allow pets to stay in.”
