• There was nothing good about this hotel.
• The hotel was run down and filthy. The rooms had an odor and the bathrooms were not clean. The cable connection to the television was broken.

“The hotel looked like remnants of the last hurricane. It was unkept and unrepaired. The rooms were run down and the appliances were old and in terrible condition. The rooms had an odor and were not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Coffee in the Lobby.
• Bathroom fixtures broken/ room was less than I expected.

• I felt very uncomfortable after the first night.
• I was approached in the parking lot by a black man for money.

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. Listened to your concerns. If upon arrival your room is not what you booked they will make necessary changes.”

• Maid Service seemed responsive and had a caring attitude.
• Drains Clogged, Bugs in Room, Shower curtain Moldy Etc.

“This hotel is located in a very undesirable area of Melbourne. We were told that there is a Crack Cocaine House near by, During our stay Police were called to the crack house a woman had attempted Suicide- A 15 yr old young Man on the street near by was offered Crack Cocaine in exchange for a homosexual relation with a man in 50's, were it not for the non refund penalty of your agreement with this hotel we would not have stayed the first night, instead we stayed 4 nights and were thrilled to vacate.”

“I had never been to Melbourne before. My husband and I were there for a family reunion in November 2004. This hotel was the nastiest place I had ever seen in my life. Thanks to this our time in Melbourne was the worst vacation ever. We will never stay in a Days Inn again, no matter where it is!”
