• The full kitchenette and at- home feeling.
• Clean towels were not available when needed nor did we receive them at a later time. They also did not have any cable.

• Nice staff.
• Smelly room, not 100% clean, poor maintenance, cheap.

“The only thing OK with the room was the air condioning unit, strong and cold. Everything else was a disappointment, I've stayed at cheaper, better hotels than this one.”

• It had a roof.
• Creepy guests, smelly room. We were almost worried for our safety.

“The Suburban seemed like a good buy at the time, but we found the accommodations to be unsatisfactory. The room smelled (which we got used to), and the guests staying at the hotel seemed to be squatters, or druggies. Didn't make a good impression. The room was relatively clean, but we didn't really feel particularly safe.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, smelled, very old.

“We went to Wal-Mart to deodorize the room, sprayed everything in the room. Bathroom and kitchen area dirty. Dust on furniture and countertop in bathroom and on hair dryer. When we left, I can assure you the room was the cleanest it had been in a long time.”

• No restaurant.

“Quick just for a stay. Did have fridge and micro wave. For the price. It was adequate.”

• It was relatively cheap and very near the airport.
• Definitely, old and ratty but clean, with free internet.

“This place has definitely seen better days- pretty ratty. Paper thin walls, old everything. Description implied an airport shuttle ("shuttle available"), which translates to they'll call you cab/shuttle service. But the night staff guy was very pleasant and helped us by calling the shuttle service to pick us up at 6:30 a.m. The room was clean, and did have free internet to download email and a kitchenette with coffeepot and microwave. If you are on a budget and unwilling to pay for the Hilton next door, the Suburban is an option.”

• Surprisingly very comfortable for an airport hotel.
• No balcony for fresh air.

“For a hotel that has weekly/monthly residents, it was very quiet and comfortable. Location is excellent to shops, restaurants and airport, yet out of the hassle bustle of a busy city. Will defiantly use their accommodations again.”

• No desk clerk after certain hours, only one clerk.
