• Coffee one caper in room.
• The room was dirty I mean dirty carpet and smelled very bad.

“This hotel the first day I checked in the man was nice but the next few days the other staff was not nice at all the room was very unclean in meaning carpet, smelled bad, no tubs which I did not know about before arrival maids never changed sheets I was there 3 nights and 4 days could not use phone for local calls without a deposit which did not know about no Internet access in rooms at all it was just a nasty place they need to clean it up.”

• Drink machines and ice maker not working, rear exit did not lock at night.

“I would never stay at this hotel again.”

• Went to visit brother, hotel only 10 min. Away; close to stores.
• First night, room noisy and small; changed for 2nd night, better, but had to go get bath towels; hair dryer didn't work; coke machines unplugged.

“Price we were charged was higher. Hotel not well constructed, because on first night when on ground floor, every time people in room above us walked around, we could hear loud squeaking. They walked around well into night, and started again very early next morning. Due to sleepless night, we decided to check out a night early. The staff was friendly.”

• Pool for kids & somewhat convenient to the Interstate
• The bug in our bathroom & the poor customer service.

“I would not stay here again as the people at the desk, while friendly, are too quick to blame anyone else for the things that were unsatisfactory about my stay. In my opinion, their customer service ethos is seriously lacking.”
