• It had a bed.

“Was given a key card to a room that already had people sleeping in it. We were very all very upset from the incident. The facilities were barely acceptable. The towels were almost threadbare, the bed was lumpy and everything about the room was shabby and not very clean. Our experience was the worst we have ever had.”

• Nothing - checked out early - only stayed 1 night it was the worst.
• Been trying to contact you for a refund - this place is the worst. They wouldn't refund when we only stayed 1 night instead of the planned 3 nights.

• The desk staff! They were extremely helpful and polite. They can't help the fact that the hotel they work at is a dinosaur pit.
• Filthy! The phone didn't work. Needs a remodel! It looked as if the last remodel was in the 1970's

“I have pictures! It appears that their housekeeping staff must work for free because they did the bare minimum. There was soap scum on soap dishes and sink fixtures. The phone didn't work because the jack had been ripped out of the back of it. The mattresses appeared to have mold on them. I'll not go into detail about the cobwebs. It wasn't a pleasant stay. The one thing that helped us to decide against a refund was the desk staff! I don't care what they are getting paid, they need a raise!”
