• Nice rooms, good breakfast choices.
• Cockroaches.

“Hotel met my expectations but the sight of cockroaches ruined my visit. Very nervous about bringing them home in my suitcase etc.”

• Was clean and quiet.
• Not as close to center of town.

“Found it to be clean and the beds comfortable. For the price met my expectations all except distance to downtown, was a long walk and easy to get local taxi service since we were using local shuttle service to PI.”

• Inexpensive.
• The hotel is past it's prime and in not the best condition but was clean and well lit.

“The hotel is past it's prime and not in like new condition but was clean. The parking lot and stair ways were well lit for safety. Staff was friendly and all things did work in the room. If your looking for a no frills room for a night or two or just using the room for a place to sleep while in Beaufort it's more than acceptable. And it's close to Sgt White's BBQ, the best lunch in SC.”
