• Breakfast area, and
  lobby.
• No Internet, cable TV was not working, no fridge, no microwave, shower is rusty and leaking, no blow dryer, wardrobe is broken, smell of mold in room.

“Simply a death trap, don't even go there, highly not recommended if you tend to sleep at night (mosquitoes are horrible), linens and blankets are least to say dirty. Definetely not a 2 star hotel!”

• Convenient to major roads.

• Ability to park my car right in front of the room.
• No hot water, key cards didn't work, one speed A/C.

“Poorly maintained hotel, no hot water for the first 12 hours after check-in, key cards never worked, paper thin/threadbare blankets did little to ward off the frigid blast from the one-speed (Arctic) AC unit, bugs in abundance, fist hole in dry wall, lobby computer inoperative, room carpet dirty, toilet paper akin to sandpaper.”

• Very easy to locate; close to Interstate 95.
• Can't think of anything that offended me.

“Well located for a quick overnight stay in Melbourne. Not close to the beach, but, that was not what I was looking for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value! I will definitely return there if I need to stay over in Melbourne.”

• The breakfast was great.
• The shower was broken, and the bathroom was dirty.

“It was ok, it served its purpose. I would have like to have had a cleaner bathroom and a working shower. The continental breakfast was great.”
