“We were traveling to a concert--spent all of our money on tickets and gas! were expecting much more of a budget room--they had recently been remodeled--very comfortable--felt like I was staying in a nice hotel--luxury linens and very helpful staff wit the perks of a nice business hotel. Would definitely stay again!”

“Incredible staff. I left my winter coat at the hotel and called 4-5 days after checking out to see if it was still there. Not only did they have it, they shipped it to me free of charge! Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“This property was an excellent value for the money. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet and looked as if it were new or recently renovated. My bed was very comfortable but my business associate complained that his mattress sagged in the middle. The two beds seemed to be equal so it might have been psychosomatic. The biggest disappointment was there was no complimentary continental breakfast as there are in other 2.5 star properties in the area. Also, a microwave would have been a nice touch in the room as there was already a refrigerator. One other little thing: the hotel should put out cookies on Friday nights as well as Thursday nights. Finally, the in-room coffee maker was defective. While there was free internet, the rooms were not wireless and the computer had to be tied to a rather short Ethernet cable.”

“Everything from delay at check-in for the staff requiring a copy of my driver's license (which I do not do for potential identity theft reasons). The room needed repairs, especially in the bathroom with the broken on/off water value in the tube which resulted in little or no hot water. I did not have time to request a room change.”
