• Friendly staff, nice location.
• small parking spaces.

“The staff was very friendly and allowed my wife and I to check in early after she had an out-patient surgery at a nearby medical office. The room was comfortable and the bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. The breakfast was also better than I had expected. The only negative is the cramped parking.”

• Smoke free, pretty, immaculately clean, lots of amenities in suite.
• Can't think of anything!

“Looks new. Pretty, spacious suites. Comfortable, and immaculately clean. Smoke free. Internet connection, desk, cable TV, other amenities. Kitchen very nicely equipped. Exceptionally nice facility with friendly, helpful staff. Safe location, across from shopping center w/target, borders, restaurants, etc. We stayed there last year when in charlotte for a wedding, stayed again this year over Christmas. Recommend highly. Great value!”

• Friendly maintenance staff.
• Saw hugest cockroach ever in my life; 1st room dirty; 2nd room fridge wobbled and smelly; very small bed.

“I wasn't very pleased with this hotel. Upon check in I was asked to check if my room was cleaned or not. It wasn't. We waited and waited and finally went into another room where the fridge was wobbly and a maintenance guy was working on it and when he left and I opened it, it smelled awful. The bed was less than a full size (thankfully more than a single) which wasn't appropriate for 2 of us. Bathroom was extremely small and not enough room to barely use the toilet, let alone put the rug/towel down on the floor when stepping out. Not to be helped but this hotel was no where near where I wanted to be.”

• Breakfast was outstanding.
• Missing ironing board, coffee maker leaked.
