• I loved the fact that it was nice and quiet and the staff was very helpful.
• The vending machines can be updated and well stocked with the correct product.

• The front desk called shortly after check in to make sure the room was acceptable.
• Nothing.

• The checkout personnel was a disaster! She did not know how to do the checkout and wasted almost 30 minutes of my time.
