“This was not a hotel that you want to stay at for more then one night. It was simply a bed to sleep in with no elevator to access the second floor and no service for extra towels in the room.”

• Very close to time warner arena at a great price.
• Hot water in shower that morning not pleasant.

“Great hotel for the price. Great location. Very close to time warner arena and a great restaurant named rock bottom. The shower in the morning would go from hot hot to ice cold and back several times. My friends didn't have this problem, so it may have just been my luck. All in all though, no problems, and I'd stay there again.”

• It was very close to the Panthers' stadium.
• There were not many places to get food real close.

“It's convenient and right in the middle of the city. Safety was a concern, when I was parking a man approached my truck, directed parking instructions, and then asked for money. The bed was uncomfortable to me. My brother had no gripes. The employees were fantastic!”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very accommodating.
• The sides and bottom of pool were very dirty.

“The hotel was comfortable. The hotel staff members were competent. The pool was disappointing. The location was central to downtown.”

• Front desk staff.
• Everything else.

“I would characterize as a motel rather than a hotel. The room was old, rundown and marginal at best. The neighborhood could best be characterized as being on the edge of Downtown on the wrong side of the tracks. Safety was an issue with all the Panhandlers in the neighborhood.”

“It was not at all what I expected when I got there. I didn't like the surroundings and the type of people that were there. I couldn't get my money back so I went to another hotel in Charlotte.”

• It was a roof over our heads and that's about it!
• Drug addicts, short curliest left on the bathroom floor and kind of dirty overall.

“This hotel was okay. It was close to many great restaurants and bars, so it was in a convenient location. However, the other people styling there were questionable and made one feel a bit unsafe. Nothing bad happened to us, but it was basically a cheap hotel where we could sleep.”
