• Convenient to the location I was visiting. Accessible to stores.
• Aged hotel with old furniture and heater which had rust and had an odd odor.

“Hotel convenient to Claflin and State. Supermarket and Burger King in walking distance. Relative safe atmosphere to walk around.”

• The staff were so nice.
• I tried to book a room with a Jacuzzi that did not happen. The room was not so updated.

“The people were nice, the lobby was nice. But, it just was not what I expected. Not as clean, new, or nice. And no Jacuzzi.”

• This motel makes a Tourist Appreciate a Clean Motel.
• Upon checking out at 2AM due to Roaches, motel management was very Rude and refused to return our money.

“If you like Roaches, stay at this motel. If you like Vomit Stains on the Carpet, stay at this motel. If you like Hairs in the Sink, stay at this motel. If you like Rude and Arrogant motel management, stay at this motel. Need I say more?”

• My family checked out at 2 AM due to roaches, the owner. Manager refused to return our money and was very rude.

• The Filthy Conditions at this Motel made us appreciate a Clean Motel.
• Roach Spray is Expensive.

“I stayed at this Motel with a Wedding Group of twenty one people on May 6th,2006. The rooms were Filthy, consisting of Roaches, Carpet Stains (appearing to be Vomit Stains), Hairs in the Sink, Generally Filthy. I complained to management/owner. He was very Arrogant and Rude. This Motel was Reported to the State Health Department in Orangeburg (DHEC). They conducted an on-site inspection. The Results of the inspection is being forwarded to the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs for appropriate action, along with a Complaint. None of the Wedding Group will EVER stay at this Motel again, and all are reporting the Motel to the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs. This Motel should be closed by the Health Department for exposing Guest to Hazardous Conditions. ”
