“I strongly recommend that they update late menu or staff accordingly. I held off eating until late evening expecting to get a full meal as indicated by the menu and all I was able to obtain was a cold sandwich. No other options existed. Went to bed hungry.”

“The Hilton is on the higher side, as hotels go. It has been remodeled and all but the only real difference between it and the Holiday Inn down the street was the service of the staff.”

“Front desk not friendly or very helpful, missing items in our room for instance coffee cup and wash clothes, no restaurant to eat at due to construction which we had no idea about that was so in convenient high cost of parking it just was not a very good experience and we were disappointed. Not money well spent.”

“This hotel was an excellent buy. The room was beautifully appointed and the staff was helpful and friendly. There was a lot of renovation in progress but it did not detract from our stay. I would definitely revisit to see the final results.”

“This hotel was beautiful, the room was nice and clean as well. I would definitely stay here again. The only downfall was there was no hotel parking and you could park free on the street (weekends only) or pay to stay in the parking garage.”

“Other then the Wi-Fi charge this hotel is the tops. Great service from check in to check out. I stay in hotels 3 to 4 nights a week and this Hilton location was by far the best stay I have had this year!”

“I would not stay here again. This hotel is in bad disrepair and there were obvious cleanliness issues with the room. The hotel is under remodeling in main areas and quite noisy. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive although I was appalled that this was considered a 4 star establishment. I have stayed in nicer 2.5 star hotels that were much cleaner.”

“Very nice hotel, great location in downtown Charlotte. Came to town for a concert at Bobcat/Time Warner Arena. We were able to walk to the stadium along the sidewalk to the city's new train system. It took less than 10 mins to get there! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and the flat screen was a big plus. Parking was a little weird (takes two elevators to get to your room) and expensive, but it wasn't so bad. Will definitely stay there again once the remainder of the renovations are completed.”

“Great room, first class furnishings. Got in too late to realize the A/C hardly worked and found the next morning that their was no hot water. Construction in the bar/restaurant was a pain.”
