• Proximity to shuttle launch.
• Bugs.

“There were bugs in one of our rooms. The staff didn't seem to care. The staff overall was not friendly. The kitchen area was closed for remodeling , so the breakfast was a banana, and packaged dough nuts. There was nowhere to eat breakfast except by the pool. We checked out a day early.”

• Has a hose to wash off our kayaks and fishing gear. Great on-site restaurant. Clean.
• Some noisy (screaming) children and since we didn't pay to have phone hookup, I couldn't dial 0 to complain.

“Consistently clean convenient property. We actually drove a little out of the way to stay here again as we knew what we were getting. On-site restaurant is great. There is a hose and area to use for washing off our kayaks and fishing gear which is a big bonus for us.”

• Conveniently located to Kennedy Space Center.
• Door was tricky to get open.

“Overall for short trip good room. Probably couldn't stay more than a couple days.”

• Easy to get to and ideal location.
• The door on the hotel room was not as secure as it should be.

“This hotel was easy to get to with several shopping and dining locations close by. The rooms were cleaned daily. There were a few noticeable stains on the carpet but it wasn't like we slept on the floor. The refrigerator was a nice addition to the room. I didn't like the room door. The handle was overused and when you pushed on the door (when it was locked) it seemed like it would pop right open. (it never did though). Overall we were happy with the room and the amount of time we spent in it. I didn't like the laundry room. It needs to be updated and appliances need to be fixed. It's scary putting your hand in the machine to turn it on.”

• Location is very near to Kennedy space center.
• Bad Room maintenance. Dirty and nasty smell carpets. Mosquitoes inside the room. Hell.

• Staff was friendly, check in easy, continental breakfast was ok.
• Only the fan was on so it was so humid in the room the sheets felt damp until the A/C had a chance to run for a while.

“This hotel was a lot of what I was expecting. If you are not a neat freak it was clean enough. Personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was enough to leave feeling full. Pool looked inviting but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. Very convenient to a lot of stores.”

• I was very displeased with the quality of this hotel, and will not stay there again.
• The experience of this hotel made our vacation miserable.

“The rooms were not only unclean, they were also unsafe for small children. There was exposed wires from under the A/C. unit, the floors had gum dried in the carpet, the A/C. did not adequately cool the room. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, after I specifically asked for them. The pool was uncomfortably warm for an outside pool in the summer. The "fence" around the pool was made on unstable PVC piping, and the gates did not latch properly making the pool area unsafe. We will not be staying here again. I was very displeased.”

“My one night stay was very pleasant, the room was very clean, it had what a traveler would need (ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and even a coffee maker) there was a small convenience store within walking distance, the pool was very clean, adequate parking, laundry room and they served a small breakfast in the morning.”

• Sluggish plumbing-door handle fell off.

“It was located close to major highways and the places we wanted to visit. Major restaurants were nearby. It appeared to be in a secure area and the noise level was fairly low.”

• Nice playground for kids, picnic tables/grills, gazebo located behind hotel.
• Only one ice machine for entire hotel.

“My room was very clean. There is a lovely area behind the hotel w/ a playground, gazebo, picnic tables and grills. Very kid friendly. Nice breakfast room. Staff was very pleasant.”
