• It was in a very convenient location - lots of dining and shopping near by.
• Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It does seem to be more for business travel.”

• The grounds were very nice surrounding the hotel.
• Nothing to complain about.

“This hotel was very nice. I would think that business travelers would really like the location with the facilities located nearby. It was still very kid friendly despite the business park location.”

• Very clean, staff was friendly, rooms were very comfortable.
• Food choices were limited, but other restaurants easy to access.

“Our family spent the day at Carowinds park and this was a nice, calm relaxing place to end the day. The hotel was about a 15 minute easy drive from the park. The shower was very nice, bathrooms were clean with new fixtures, roomy closet, comfortable beds with European style bedding. No fridge in room, limited TV channels. 100% would stay here again.”

• It had an indoor pool and hot tub and a washer and dryer. With very clean rooms.
• They did not tell us that breakfast was not complementary. We paid about $60 for breakfast.

“This hotel was very easy to find. When we got there the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice private swim with our children and were able to do our laundry while we were there. Coffee in the rooms and a hair dryer and spacious rooms. We loved at our stay.”

• Small pillows.

“Very pleased with our stay, entire hotel was clean and well kept and the staff was a pleasure. Would definitely stay again.”

• First impressions in the lobby.
• Rooms were filthy.

“When first entering the hotel it is very impressive, however, once into the rooms we were very disappointed. The first room smelled like urine and the sheets were dirty so we switched rooms. The second room was cleaner but had a lot of air freshner sprayed on the carpet. The restaurant only serves 15 plates a day and the lounge was not open. This was once a beautiful hotel that someone has let go to pieces. Too bad.”
