• Front desk staff friendly, pool was nice, outside looked nice.
• The room was small; the bathroom was too small, room not real clean.

“The staff was friendly and very helpful. Gave me a deluxe room for the same offer/price. Since I was staying for a week, I needed a room with a refrigerator. But the room, even though it was a deluxe room was still dingy, one of the bedspreads had cigarette burns in it. The staff only made my bed a few times, and changed the sheets only once in a week. But the friendliness of the staff definitely made up for what the property was lacking.”

• It was close to Kennedy Space Center.
• The rooms were dirty. We would definitely not stay here again!

“We had two rooms at this hotel. Both rooms were dirty. One bathroom had standing water in the tub. Both bathrooms had black mold. We did not even want to shower here. There were so many people in the pool area and they were using it as their own personal beer fest that it was not family friendly. We slept here and then left as soon as we woke in the morning. We would definitely not stay here again!”

• It is in a very good location.

• The rooms had new furniture.
• It was a motel and not a hotel.

“The hotel had the overall look of a cheap motel rather than a hotel. It is also in the middle of no where. It's didn't seem like a bad hotel to stay at if you just want to get off of I-95 to rest for a night but it is definitely not a hotel to stay in if you are vacationing.”

• Clean room, comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Pool was great.
• Nothing.

• Continental breakfast begins far to late in the morning.

“Good, clean, comfortable room in a convenient location on I-95. Continental breakfast did not begin until most of the guests had already checked-out. If you want to eat early and get back on the road, go across the street to IHOP.”

“Easy to locate from the freeway, new paint on exterior, but rooms were dated and not very clean. Pool, nice waterfall, but completely littered with bugs and debris, wouldn't let my kids swim in it. Good continental breakfast... with waffles no less... over all.. decent, but would try them again. If your looking for the basics as far as a place to sleep and move on... not bad.”

• Friendly staff.
• The rooms need to be vented and need sun to get rid of the bad smell.

“Apparently the bad smell of the rooms come from the lack of sun and ventilation. I stayed at a Comfort Inn Hotel in Orlando 2 years ago which had the same problem. This issue needs to be addressed because it causes discomfort. My friends who stayed at the room next to ours complained about this too.”

• The room was clean and neat.
• The room A/C was not on and the temperature outside was over 90 degrees and it took awhile to cool down.

“Had to leave the room until it cooled down. They should turn on the A/C if they know people are coming in that afternoon. Overall, enjoyed what time we spent in the room, everything worked and the beds were comfortable. Easy to get to the interstate and Kennedy Space center.”

• Outside looked very nice. Nicely landscaped.
• Staff at front desk, room could have been cleaner.

“Although the outside looked nice, the room smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in awhile and we would not use the pool due to the green moldy look and trash floating in it. I would not stay another night there! I feel we overplayed for this place!”

• I think I was overcharged.

“The hotel experience was great. So far I have not been able to talk to anyone that can help me. I charged it to my visa & finally a person said that is the charge. I think that is an awful lot for tax etc. I stayed Jan 25, 26, & 27. Can you help me?”
