• We had to go for a family funeral and the staff was so kind and offered a discount also gave us a room that originally was not available.
• Toilet would not easily flush.

• Stella, at the front desk. They permitted early check-in.

“Nice, safe, convenient location. Beautiful swimming pool & Jacuzzi. All of the staff, from front desk to housekeepers, was very friendly, in that "west Virginia" way that's so hospitable. I am planning future stays.”

• Close to restaurants and shopping.
• Difficult to find - "look for diamond" wasn't helpful (Merinos)

• The rooms seemed to be clean.
• The pool was cold and could not stand to be in it and the staff is extremely rude.

“I will never stay at another Amerihost inn after my experience at this hotel. The staff was very, very rude and I have never been treated so badly in my life at any establishment. I will never forget the experience and would recommend to everyone to stay clear.”
